In March 2016, our home was exposed due to a damaged roof. Before even hiring Jed Sybrowsky for any services, he provided service to our home during what was a very desperate time for us, tarping up areas to protect against damage. His colleagues, and he himself, came to our home on more than one occasion, after business hours, in response to our concern of leaking. Mr. Sybrowsky's expert assessment of our roof damage proved monumentally important to us. When we hired Dynamic Roofing for replacement of our roof in June 2016, again, his expert guidance and opinions of our situation were critical. His and his team's professionalism, honesty, capability, and resourcefulness were consistent qualities on which our family depended. We will never forget the quality and services with which Mr. Sybrowsky and Dynamic Roofing provided us. In April 2017, we had reason and opportunity again to rely on Mr. Sybrowsky's expertise. I would definitely recommend Jed and his team at Dynamic Roofing!! We just purchased our home 31 Oct 2019 and because it was our "retirement home" we put a deposit down to get the roof replaced when the snow ended (May would have been perfect in Woodmoor). My husband is active duty Air Force and he ended up being promoted (YAY!), but then notified a week ago that we would be moving in July to Okinawa, Japan. I asked Jed if we could hold off on the roof since we have to rent our home for the next 4 years. He replied straight away with an email, saying he would absolutely refund our deposit and thanked us for our service to our country! Fantastic company! VERY friendly and easy to work with. They replaced our roof and painted the entire house in 2014 after a hail storm, then a new roof AGAIN along with replacing damaged windows in 2016 after another hail storm. Both times they did a great job (they KNOW their stuff!), kept us informed, answered our calls/emails same day and acted with the highest in customer service and integrity. Very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly! They were also great at working with and negotiating with our insurance company and helping us through the entire process - they really know their stuff when it comes to knowing what work needs to be done and and working agreement with insurance co. The owner of Dynamic Roofing & Construction, Jed Sybrowsky, just sent his gutter repairman, Eduardo, to my home to fix my leaky gutters, as a kindness to me, after finding out that I had been through so many terrible repair experiences. I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Jed personally, but, I now know Eduardo who said, "I don't know what I would do without Jed. He is not only a very good businessman, but he is great with people, and very kind and caring." Eduardo is also very kind, caring and professional. Dynamic Roofing and Construction was helpful, professional, and quick! I called them with a need to have my roof replaces in two weeks in order to rent out the home, and they were more than willing to work around my very busy schedule. Jed met up with me in advance to show me (in person) the color options for the roof. He was very patient and supportive throughout the process. I really appreciate how thorough and honest they are with their work and the fact that they don't always recommend roof replacement. They have often told me that roofs are in great shape and don't need any work. Or they will certify the roof for 5 years. I had Dynamic Roofing come and look over my entire roof due to a very small leak. Tory climbed the roof and went over the entire roof and also climbed into the very hot attic with me to verify whether there were any obvious leaking signs. It turned out that the small leak was due to a loose shingle and roofing nail that was the likely cause. Very thorough job and I recommend Dynamic for your roofing needs. read more

Dynamic Roofing was honest, ethical and came in were neat and done in record time. They worked with the stucco company that was going to do the stucco repairs the other company had done.
