It wasn't an urgent matter bc I could use my other shower, so they scheduled to come in the morning. Andrew arrived between the given times and was so friendly and polite! I explained my problem and he explained what could be the issue. I left him to it, and few minutes later my drained was unclogged. He also explained the layout of the piping between my sinks and shower so i could get a better understanding. Since I had him there, I asked if he could look my son's toilet (bc it won't stop running after it flushes) and he knew what the problem was.
