West Midtown is a great location just due to the many amenities (bars, shopping, etc) and proximity to the rest of the city. The maintenance and leasing team are amazing, the grounds are pretty clean, and the gym area is nice and small for general use. Lastly, the only issue that I have personally experienced so far is cars tailgating inside the complex at the gate. While there is not much that can be done about it, I do hope that it greatly decreases over time. I highly recommend 1824 Defoor!
