I stopped by earlier today, and I was touched by the owner, Luz's kindness towards me and the group I was with. I work with disabled students, and we came in while on an outing. Luz greeted us enthusiastically, let the students know they were welcome to touch things, and showed them a good place to leave their backpacks. This may sound simple, but some businesses do not treat us like that. She was happy to answer any questions we had, and even though no one bought anything, she came running out of the store after we left and gave each student and me a gift- one piece of beautiful ametrine each. She also made sure each student got a paper listing the properties of the ametrine and wanted to put each one in a little bag for the students. For a business owner to do something like that for our students meant so much to me. I felt the kindness, love, and good vibes that she put into her business, and I wasn't even a paying customer. I will certainly be back in the future, as the selection of gems, minerals, and crystals was gorgeous. I stopped by Dynamic Energy Crystals after my friend decided she wanted to check out their selection of different crystals available. We walked in are we received a very friendly greeting by the owner. We arrived literally at closing and she was so nice to allow us to shop around without and pressure or rushing us out the door. While walking around I really enjoyed the wide selection of loose crystals and gems as well as jewelry such as bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings. While I was walking around I loved all the many crystal etc they offer. There is a section of necklaces, I was so focused on a particular section of some beautiful necklaces that stood out from the rest. I was stuck between 2 necklaces and the first one I liked a lot, but the second one I fell in love with and had to have it no question about it, so I went with it. The owner explained the gems and the energy each one provides and for 2020 all I want is positive energy hands down. The owner rings up my necklace and and boy, I sometimes never think to ask how much things are, but I wanted the necklace and bought it without hesitation. My friend looked at me like I was nuts lol. Leaving negative feedback is not how I like to spend my time, so I will be brief. Simply put, avoid Dynamic Energy Crystals in Sausalito. Make the trek to Spirit Matters in Fairfax, where you have a lovely experience feeling valued and browse amongst a wonderful selection of crystals or Stone Room in Berkeley, where you will find a huge selection crystals and knowledgeable and friendly staff. We live in Belvedere, so it's not convenient to drive all that way, but well worth it! In a nutshell, my daughter and I walked into the store where two employees were chatting with one another. Neither of them greeted us, nor asked if we needed help. And not that it should ever matter, but it's worth mentioning, that my daughter and I were both well dressed and I was even carrying one of my favorite Chanel bags. But my point here, is that there was zero acknowledgment whatsoever. We walked around the store in search of nine specific crystals, when I finally interrupted the conversation by inquiring about one of many crystals on my list. The older of the two women came over and condescendingly pointed out that I was standing next to the crystal. I then pulled out my list of the nine crystals I was in search of and what a game changer that was!! All of a sudden there was some interest in providing some moderate service, well no thank you rude woman! Another psychic that I had worked with recommended doing a sage clearing of my home to remove negative energy but we needed to have a special white sage grown in California. One could spend hours in here looking and learning from the owner who made some recommendations about certain crystals that would help me in various ways. She took me to a different part of the room and told me to stand there, immediately I begin to feel a great force of energy surge through my body. I hate to trash a local business but I couldn't believe how rude the owner of Dynamic Crystals (Sean) was to me. I drove all the way from the East Bay to Sausalito to chat with Sean and purchase crystals from him. I had heard that this crystal shop had excellent crystals and was excited about seeing their inventory and supporting a local metaphysical business. When I got to the shop, it was busy. I bought two crystals I wanted to show Sean and ended up waiting a while for him to get back to shop to chat. I chatted with him and then went to the register to purchase two crystals, one piece of Moldavite and another Leumurian Seed Crystal. Apparently, the Moldavite price was supposed to be $28 but was mis-labeled as $14. Sean decided to phone his employee, bitch him out for mis-labeling the price, wash a dish, talk to his employee about coordinating lunch breaks etc etc all the while, I'm waiting at the register, ready to check out and leave. By the way, I was the only customer at the shop at this point. Finally, Sean decided to give me the Moldavite for $14 and said I should feel lucky I got such a good deal. Give me a break. If I wanted a good deal on crystals, I'd purchase all my crystals online! Healingcrystals.com and Ebay have excellent crystals for much, much less than Dynamic Energy Crystals, however, I think it's important to support local businesses, so I wanted to throw my money Sean's way. I wouldn't make that mistake again. If you want to purchase crystals from a local business in the Bay, I'd recommend Sacred Well in Oakland or Angel Light in Berkeley. I've been here 3 times and have consistently walked out feeling calmer and more peaceful. This store is one of a kind. Crystal shops tend to have either a gem-hunter kind of feel, and the focus is on the geological and aesthetic aspects of a stone. It's a purely physical and shallow experience. To the other extreme, I've visited shops where there's angels and auras and woo woo stuff that makes me run. Dynamic crystals just offers you a calm environment to discover and feel for yourself whether these crystals have any effect on you. They offer literature on each stone but I rather trust my own senses. I like how they allow you the space and time to experience, without pressure, to intuit whether you want or would benefit from being in touch with a stone. I discovered selenite, which has a powerful cleansing effect on my system. I use it when I worry too much or when I can't rest. It was nice when I shared this effect with Courtney that she confirmed that selenite is used to clean even other stones. This shop is beautiful, clean, and happy. I somehow wandered into this shop while cycling over GG on a recent trip in Cali. I have always had an interest in crystals and gems but had yet purchased any. I was immediately introduced to the owner and amazing photographer Luz Elena, who kindly charged my almost dead cell phone for me. I can not say enough kind things about Luz Elena and the time she spent giving me a beginners crash course on crystals. I have been through the loss of both my parents recently and have a sister dealing with radiation and chemo from breast cancer so she helped me select crystals to bring home for both my sister and me.
