Great service! I called first thing on Monday morning and got a slot between 11 - 1. He called on the way and fixed the spring. After finishing I noticed the chain was loose and he promptly fixed that. Friendly, efficient and job done right! read more

We've been using this garage door repair service for many years now, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service every single time. Whether it's a major repair or a small adjustment, they handle every job with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. They are always timely, reliable, and incredibly cost-effective. One of the things we appreciate most is their honesty--they never try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. In fact, they've often taken care of minor issues without charging us a thing, simply because they value long-term relationships over short-term profit. It's rare to find a service provider that's always available when you need them and consistently goes the extra mile. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our garage door needs. Highly recommended! Abdel is an expert and great at this work!! read more

Adele received my call to replace two springs on the garage door . He replaced them in a timely manner but charged me $8 more each than he quoted on the phone . He said he gave me better ones that cost more and that I was lucky . I don't mind spending the extra $16 but would have rather been told up front. I recommend him as he was on time and was done within an hour read more

A technician (Hassan) came out on time for the estimate. The price was very reasonable and the job could be scheduled the next day. We had to put a new opener and convert from high lift to regular residential lift. Basically, all of the components of the garage door needed to be adjusted with the exception of the actual door. Hassan came out on time for the job and completed the install in about 4 hours. The opener works great, and install is clean with all the cables neatly routed. Overall an excellent experience. If we need any garage door service will certainly contact again read more

Fixed our door quickly and at a fair price. Came out the same day, too. Would definitely call them to help us out with future garage door issues or upgrades! read more

I called Dynamic Doors Inc. on Sunday for a quote on a new garage door install. They arrived Monday to give an estimate and Tuesday for installation. By noon my new garage door was installed! They were cheaper than all other competitors and quality of work is excellent. They also installed a very nice Amarr door as oppose to a Menards or H.D. door like the rest. I would definitely recommend!! Thanks again Dynamic my new door looks beautiful! read more

Very friendly and professional. Came during an urgent situation where our garage wouldn't open and worked around our availability. Gave us options and inspected everything and provided further recommendations. Very fairly priced and service was extremely efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work on their garage doors. read more

I can't recommend Dynamic Doors enough!! I have used them twice now- back in 2016 for a repair on the garage door mechanics and again Oct. of 2020 for a whole new door. They were extremely quick in response time- both times coming the same day and repair/replacing by the next! They were very friendly and kind. All wore masks as they replaced the door this year. I even called them again for a quirk in the openers (probably the circuit board on the old opener itself) and they not only came same day (again) but advised me to hold off on replacing it and didn't charge me for the visit!! We love our gorgeous new door and we love using Dynamic Doors!! read more

Our garage door needed to be replaced. We contacted Dynamic Doors and they worked with our schedule to provide a quote. Delivery and installation was timely. Abdel is polite and professional. The price was competitive and he fixed an unrelated problem...Another garage door company had failed to replace two rusty brackets during installation of a new garage door opener. While the brackets were part of the kit and clearly part of the job. Dynamic Doors corrected the other company's bad install, the same day they installed our new garage door. This company is the best. Thanks Abdel for great service at a fair price!! read more

Our springs busted on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Alex came out when two other companies wouldn't come until Monday morning. I could have waited but having it done before Sunday dinner really gives peace of mind. (My car was in the garage). I called after 4pm and the repair is all done now before 6pm. New springs, cables and roller wheels. I didn't know I needed those but I can certainly tell the difference. Alex was friendly and professional. Not a cheap repair but all 3 parts are replaced and I won't have to worry about it as long as I'm in this house anyway. I know Alex was right about what we needed. read more

I couldn't close my garage door. I searched the web and found good reviews for Dynamic Door repair. I called them on Sunday afternoon to schedule a Monday appointment. They were able to come early. The service person is very friendly and helpful and explained the situation and cost involved. Instead of paying more to replace only the bad parts, he offered me a cheaper package to replace more worn parts. He even gave me discounts and freebies. He is efficient too. I would recommend this company to my friends. read more

When it comes to repairs I am not familiar with, my first concern is getting an honest evaluation and not being taken for a ride. My garage door spring broke on a sunday afternoon. I called Dynamic Doors and they came out first thing in the morning. My door was a commercial-sized door (19 ft) and needed a spring for that type. They had the correct spring and although it was more expensive I know I received a more-than-fair price for the parts/work performed. They were very hard-working, honest and courteous. I highly recommend this company. read more

My experience with Dynamic Doors was terrible. Called them for a problem with the door sealing properly. He then offered a tuneup for about $85 which seemed reasonable so I agreed. It consisted of the tech spraying the rollers, etc with a lubricant. It literally took about 3 minutes. He did not even check, let alone adjust, the spring tension.I don't know how to reconcile this with others glowing reviews but for me they were the worst. read more

Our spring broke at 7:00 this morning. Even though they weren't officially open, they answered the phone at 7:30 and set up an appointment slot between 11 and 1. The technician called at 11:50 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at 12:15 just like he said, and completed the job in less than an hour. Replaced the springs and the bearings. He was both efficient and friendly. Plus he gave us a discount for some reason, even though we have never used them before. Highly recommended. We will definitely be calling them again when something happens with our garage door. read more
