They had been great up until they were bought out by Go Auto, and for me, the service went rapidly downhill. (a tip... never take your vehicle to a shop that has it's service writers on commission.) After polling friends who were Volks Folks, the number 1 recommendation was Dubsport, so with a needed tune up looming, I paid a visit. Dubsport is just the sort of place I love. One guy running a bustling little shop, who offers excellent service and value, and is willing to answer your questions honestly. Richard was extremely helpful and accommodating, and did a wonderful job on the car. On a couple of occasions since, he has helped me with inquiries and minor issues quickly and painlessly, and I am now a diehard Dubsport fan. I recommend this spot highly, if you are suffering from dealership abuse, or you just love your Volkswagen / Audi and want someone who will treat it right.

With this and a bunch of other repairs the bill was much less than what any of the dealers wanted to charge me just for the turbo replacement. I have sent several friends there and they are nice enough to tell you ahead of time if it is worth it. A friends transmission was failing and he let her know how much the fix would cost and the fact that replacing the solenoid as it was saying would most probably not solve it and it would require a full trans replacement. So she could decide ahead of time that it was not worth it to start down that road on an old vehicle that the repairs would cost more than it would be worth. Dealers would have done the initial repair knowing that it would just have been pouring money into a hole.

I got a handful of quotes from around town and my quote from Albert's was fair, so I opted to go ahead with my repair. I brought my vehicle (and it's poor cracked bumper) in on a Monday after work, and had it back 24 hours later with no sign anything had every happened. The color is an exact match, the installation was seamless, and they practically spit shined my vehicle for me when I went back to pick it up. Tony and his team are very friendly, to boot. Don't let the neighborhood/exterior put you off - I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, no matter what you drive.

This level of service and work cannot be overstated. They went above and beyond. Teams like this deserve to be applauded, and I hope they are treated as well by their employer as they treat their clients. Given that it's an autobody repair business, I hope I don't see them again any time soon, but I will definitely recommend them at every opportunity. Well done!

I wasn't even charged for the extra work which made me extremely happy and relieved. I recommend CSN Reflections 100% to anybody looking for trust and quality bodywork. Thank you, team!

Marty is professional, and his front desk service techs are always willing to answer questions, accommodate service requests and always do their best to get me into one of their free loaner vehicles while my car is in the shop! I first started going to Bettcher's when I was relatively new to the city - as a woman (who knows little about cars), it's pretty easy to be taken for a ride when it comes to auto service (no pun intended!). I was glad to have had a solid referral, and have always been able to address any price/service issues directly with Marty...needless to say my car runs like a dream! While you're in the shop, don't forget to pick up a Bettcher's bottle of water - he really does go the extra mile!

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to these guys in 1995. They have been repairing my car (and…read moremy friends) ever since. Strengths: Incredible customer service. They are genuinely not happy until you are. Clear explainations of problems, careful tracking of your vehicle history, friendly and skilled staff, willingness to refer you if someone else could do a job cheaper/faster/better. They are particulary good at recommending the cheapest effective options. Once the solution was to hit a part with a wrench; it worked, and they charged me nothing. On a couple of occasions where repairs were not spot-on, they fixed the problem without hesitation. Case in point: I had a starter that chronically failed over a few years. I only paid for it once, but they replaced it and found the root cause of the problem. You owe it to yourself to check them out.

The very next day she drove it as far as Red Deer before the check engine light came on again:/ She stopped at a nearby shop and got them to read the code. Catalytic converter failed again. I contacted KD, the owner of Icon, who said it was still fine for her to take to Banff and to bring it in when she got back. It drove like shit for her all weekend, absolutely no peace of mind!! So yesterday they had it back there and discovered the head gasket was leaking!! A quick google search tells me that a very common reason for a catalytic converter to fail in the first place is typically caused by a separate issue and a gasket leak is a likely cause:/ considering the new converter went within an hour of driving it again it's safe to assume the leak was already there. So now her $5000 car needs a $3000 repair (gasket) plus a new catalytic converter for $1100. I'm not willing to pay for that big repair and had my mechanic done his due diligence to find the root cause of the failed converter I wouldnt be out the $1300 for the original useless catalytic converter replacement and inspection!! They have refused to give me a refund and are not admitting to any wrong doing sending my daughter off on her first road trip in an unsafe vehicle!! Dont bring your vehicles here. I really appreciated this gesture. That's going above and beyond for the customer. Our car was in perfect condition, which we expected because it's only 2 years old. If you ever have to have your car repaired. Make sure you do NOT take it to Harold's Autobody…read more Total lack of quality control. Called them out on all this goodness. My Kia Optima was broken into. Back windows smashed out and ignition trashed. Brake lock kept it from being stolen. Got a text friday morning saying car was in for detail and QOS. Harold's Called Friday afternoon to say it was ready for pickup and all repairs were done. First lie. 1. They didn't replace the steering wheel phone switch. Just pushed it back into place so it look like it was fixed. THey only way they could have done this is from behind the switch by taking off the back steering wheel covers. SO when I told them that, instead of ordering a NEW part which they are getting paid to do. They just gooped a bunch of plastic adhesive onto it so it would stay in place. Very professional. 2. The covers for the steering wheel column were popping off and were NOT put back on properly. Airbag was cockeyed and not secured into place properly. Which could seriously hurt someone(ME) if it went off and was not set into place properly. Took it back and they fixed it properly, I think lol. 3. Car was NOT detailed or cleaned properly at time of pickup. THis is the worst part. Took some rags ,soap and water, my vacuum out to clean out the interior, wipe down the surfaces. Opened back drivers door(window that was busted out) and started washing the seats and plastic down. Put my hand on the back seat and guess what happened???? Fine glass shards sticking out of my hand cutting my hand and making it bleed. Both back seats had these. Cleaned up the blood and continued cleaning the car. Glass shards and pieces of glass in both of the door bins!!! So Harold's Autobody on the NE side of Edmonton gets a quality control score from 1 to 10............... ZERO Level of incompetence is staggering for a business of this size. I am sure if I had even 1 tenth of the incompetence in my career I would have been fired on the spot. Sure its a 12yr old car.
