I regret that I have to take my stars back, because I'm no longer happy. I spent almost eight grand…read moreon that Dodge Journey, and it didn't last me two years. I overlooked a few things...like wrappers under the seats and a note to 'Alison' I found in a trunk compartment...not as clean as I thought. But mechanical issues started coming up. Buying used vehicles often comes with those, but they never seemed to end. The rims needed fixing because the tires kept going flat, the keyfob stopped working, stuff like that. THEN I go to get my oil changed and my mechanic discovers that the plug for my oil pan was held in with caulking. Shortly after that, I started having serious transmission problems. I couldn't get the Journey over 70 kms. Sometimes it just wouldn't start. It would eventually, but there was a gauntlet of things to do and check first. Sometimes it took three tries, sometimes it took ten minutes. I bought the Journey in September of 2019, and I just parked it permanently in July 2021. I'm mad at myself for not reading the Carfax. They gave me one without me having to ask, so I didn't worry about it. I took it in good faith. My bad. I had been happy with the service, but I'll never go back. Their mechanic SUCKS.

This lady is a crook! Sold me a vehicle that after 2 weeks needs a new engine. Problem was masked…read moreusing a thicker oil. She also sold me a warranty that should have covered the cost but NO! She took that extra cash for the policy and put it in her pocket. "Oh I can take the car back and sell it at auction for you" she said. And get less that what I paid for it? No way. She won't help with the cost to fix it. I DO NOT recommend this place at all! Robbery.

I had spent toww weeks hunting for a Toyota Highlander to tow my 17' trailer and I ran into a few…read moresmall lots and a few dealerships. One dealership had a nice 2011 with a 19,900 price tag but as soon as I started to negotiate on it, the 3 year warranty came out plus the warranty /insurance on the catalytic convertor. Now the price was $25k! including gst if yu did a cash deal. I left empty handed. I saw Jacky's advert on KIJIJI and went to look at it and it was good. No pressure and a straight forward process. The best thing was he didn't push a warranty and other hidden charges on me. He did offer a 3rd party warranty if I was interested, but that was it. The car only came with one key, and Jacky offered to get a second one made up for me at no charge. I really enjoyed the experiance with Platinum Fine Cars and I would reccomend them to anyone wanting a hassle free experiance.

I've experienced them all multiple times and I'm sorry to say but it's amazing how the stereotypes of a sleazy car salesman are alive and well in the industry.... That being said - I actually ENJOYED the experience of buying my Honda Civic at Platinum Fine Cars today! Jacky and Jacky were a complete breath of fresh air.. there were no "salesman lines" no sheisty hooks.. just 2 genuine, knowledgeable, and friendly professionals. I will recommend this establishment above all others to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle, hands down. Not a massive selection albeit a quality selection which I would take any day. Make this your first stop. I have faith that these men will not let you down.. worst case, you drive away empty handed with a renewed faith in the used car buying experience. Thank you guys for a very positive shopping experience.

Outright lied to our face, paid him the cash he advertised, vehicle wasn't exactly as described,…read morebut he said he would order the part on Monday and have it shipped to us as we are 5 hours away. I had brought a trailer to haul it home so I wasn't worried, or so I thought. Well he has ghosted me, won't answer texts, calls or FB marketplace. I used a different number and called and he finally answered. At first acted like he didn't know what I was talking about then when I said it was wrote up on the bill of sale he said he would look into and get right back to me. Well no such thing has happened. I finally spent $200 and ordered the part myself This place warrants the phrase" scabby used car dealer" if you run into Kulljeet or " Manny" is what he goes by ,steer clear.

Last December I bought a car in cash from this dealership. Manny sold me a car "in good condition"…read moreand it turns out that after two months. The car didn't have a single drop of oil in the engine. It also had a suspension problem. he lied on the inspection papers which show everything was fine. I recommend you avoid buying from this place and if possible, and if you still want to buy a car from him, take your mechanic to check the car before buying it. Don't trust him. He wouldn't take responsibility for the car repair, and after refusing to answer my calls, I decide to file a complaint, only then he contacted me, but it was useless ( that complaints office is on the sellers side, as they only check for compliance with permits and don't help consumers). Manny just kept me from waiting until the warranty coverage expired. he then said he'd agree to pay for part of a repair i had to do, which he hasn't done, and now he hides in his office if I look for him and doesn't answer my call. Yes, he acts very friendly, but he's a really dishonest person. don't trust him.

No wonder they really wanted to change the fluids before I got there. 1k km after I purchased.... my fuel is the consistency of water. It falls off the dipstick extremly easy. And the smell of fuel is so strong in my oil.... I had to double check that I was looking at the right thing. And a ton of their reviews on different sites are 100% bots or friends of there's lol

***CAUTION SCAMMERS*** ***CROOKS***ILLEGAL***FRAUD***…read more ***IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY TURNKEY PLEASE FILE AN AMVIC REPORT TO GET THEIR LICENSE SUSPENSED*** WWW.AMVIC.ORG Akin sold us a vehicle that had a fraudulent out of province inspection, stating the vehicle was completely inspected and safe. The vehicle was brought directly to our mechanic and were told nearly $4,000 of work is needed to make the vehicle truthfully pass an out of province inspection. Every cotter pin was also missing which could cause the front end to fall off at anytime. Akin is a crook who won't own up to being a scammer, claiming the inspection was out of his control and we must have done some mechanical damage. I've seen too many reviews stating the same issues, report them so they get the karma they deserve. Please spread the word on these crooks, who are conning innocent people trying to find a reliable vehicle. If you were scammed please start filing a police report, a provincial government report and an **AMVIC** complaint to get these con-artists investigated.
