Got my car tinted a couple of weeks ago. 4 doors plus read window and got a UV protection film on the front windshield. These guys are amazing! They got my car done in about 2 hours. They really pay attention to detail and don't let you go unless they're happy with their work. You really get your money's worth with Dynamic Auto Custom! Thank you to Edgar and Vanessa for helping me set the appointment and getting the job done. 10/10 would recommend read more

I requested a quote via Instagram DM's and they responded right when they opened. I was able to get an instant quote as well as have all my questions answered immediately. I was lucky enough to get ceramic tints for $225 with their Black Friday deals, which is the cheapest I found in OC. They were very quick actually tinting the car. I dropped it off at 8am and got the call that it was done around 10am. The people working there were very sweet as well. Definitely going to come back. read more

Had a great experience. Communication and turn around was great. Tints looking perfect so far!

I love this place, I recommend my friends and family to go here. The tinting is fairly reasonable and they tend to get the work done fast. I've tinted three cars here and the experience has been awesome! The reason for the 3 stars is because I had my car recently broken into. I called and mentioned this to the guys and he said that unfortunately they can't do anything and would have to pay a regular amount to replace it ($80-90 for one window). I remember the guy mentioned the last time I got my windows tinted that if I come next time to get ANY job done, they'll give me 10% off. I mentioned this to the guy and he said u fortunately this only applied to a full setup (all windows tinted) even though he said any job when I got them done last. No other option available and other places charging way more than this place I decided to make the appointment and go. Upon going a lady helped me, I told them of my situation and she went to the the boss. She came back and said it was going to be $40 in total with taxes. I asked her if that was for the ceramic tint and she confirmed. Then this other guy came (the guy on the phone) and said no that he quoted me $80. After a couple of minutes the guy came back and said that per the boss, he said $40. This gave me distrust, not in the company, or the owner, but the employee he had working there. If he charged me $80 for that, knowing I was a customer in the past, it made me wonder how many other people he had scammer to make a quick buck. Luckily the boss/owner was there I would've lost $40. I recommend when calling to ask for the prices, I paid $280 for my full set for ceramic tint (Llumar CTX) read more

Got the quotation on the Yelp Project. The estimate was relatively timely and they even responded on their day off! The quotation was competitive and the work was done nicely. No pushy sales and they complete the tinting ahead of schedule so that's all a big plus to me. Overall a good experience and I would recommend! read more

I was on Yelp looking for a place to tint my new vehicle and was quoted by a few places in the OC area. This place by far has the BEST value for high quality ceramic tints and they were super responsive with great customer service! Sent in my request Thursday and they were able to fit me in Friday morning. Love how straight forward and descriptive they are with their tinting options and pricing. Zero time wasted, no bs, and most of all quality work. Will def be back in the future! read more

After sharing my feedback on Yelp and directly with the Windows Tinting, Alex reached out to me personally to apologize and wanted to make things right. He offered to upgrade my car tint to the Obsidian series since heat reduction was something I had been looking for. In person, he explained in detail the different films they carry and the specifics of the Obsidian series, and I learned a lot about the different percentages. The tint looks great and dried perfectly and I'm very happy with it. When they were applying the back window tint, there was a small mishap with a tiny part (about the size of a coin) on the inside of my trunk getting burned. Alex was upfront and honest about it and resolved it immediately by ordering an original part to replace it for me. It was installed for me within a week. Both times that I have been back, someone has greeted me as soon as I entered the door. I can see that they really do take feedback to heart and have made changes to provide customers with great, prompt, and efficient customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers are happy with their service, so I definitely recommend them. I applaud them for listening to their customers and for their willingness to taking ownership of their work. read more

After being reluctant to tint my windows for a year I finally made the decision to give Dynamic Auto Customs a call. I met with Vanessa who was incredibly kind and offered top tier customer service. I was taking so long deciding which shade I wanted but she was so kind and patient with me. She even took me around the lot to check out a variety of cars with different shade of tints even though she was extremely busy with other customers over the phone. This place definitely stands by their work in upholding quality products and customer service. I decided to get 5% all around for the Llumar CTX (ceramic). I'm really happy with the decision! On my drive home it felt really cool in my car, the sun who??! This will be great for the summer!! They also provide a brochure with their proof of warranty and a receipt for customer's peace of mind. I booked an appointment at 2 PM and my car was done by 3:30 ish, they definitely prioritize their customer's time. They also have a lounge area with wifi, Netflix, and water if you'd like to stick around and wait. If you're looking for a sign to tint your windows, this is it!!!! :)) read more

I was looking for a window tinting company in Santa Ana area and I found a couple of shops but some were not as welcoming as Dynamic Auto customs. I called and Ronnie answer the phone and he explain to me all details of window tinting from pricing to quality of tinting. I would recommend them 100 %, he was nice and friendly as well. This is what other shops need friendly customer service and to be polite like these guys. He also told me how long it was going to take and they did an incredible job on my 2018 BMW. 100% happy with this shop. I will bring future cars for sure to these nice guys. Jorge Lopez read more

I took my new trunk in to get a full window tint. The customer service was AMAZING. The quality of work they do is top notch. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with their work. I've been looking for a one stop tint shop for years. I also love their warranty , and the variety of tint and prices. You have plenty of options to work around with whatever budget you may have. Their front end is clean and organized, it smelled amazing in there. They truly made me feel at home while I waited for the truck to be done in their lounge area. Took part in their promo $1995 Tesla Wrap Pros - Good Communication on Instagram.. That's it. I have been to about 6 wrap shops in the last 2-3 years. This one has been by far the worst experience. Dropped off the car they quoted me an extra 900-1k on the chrome delete. Which caught me off guard. I shopped around local shops were charging $250-$400 max for job. Alex called me back saying he can drop it from the $900 to $600.. I told him all I needed were the window trim he said " If you wanna pick and choose what parts you want it'll go back up to $900" I don't mind an upsell... You either know how to or don't. The wrap job is a solid 7/10 but what was I expecting for the $1995 price tag Rear wheel trim on both sides popped off due to them trying to use a 3M tape that wouldn't stick. Their was vinyl wrap detail over spray on all the molding trims. read more

Overall, this place has been great. Extremely responsive and respectful and kind to their customers. But I've had to go in twice for my front windshield tint. Because of these little dots Ford has included on the front windshield, it's made it pretty hard for them to install it and to get the tint to stick so it wasn't installed properly the first time... They told me that they guarantee they would take care of me every time and they have held up to that since. Overall, great place. read more
