Dynamic Auto Customs top notch place if you want to get your windows tinted. Had the LLumar ATC 15% installed on my back 3 windows. I had the windows done when I purchased this car but had it tinted at another place. After 6 years the rear window started to bubble up and the place had new owners and would not honor warranty. So I searched for a place that installed LLumar, have stability and has life time warranty. Thank you for a job well done. read more

First time going here for a window tint, and Dynamic Auto Customs did a wonderful job giving my Celica an all around tint (except front windshield). Although I've had one minor inconvenience where my appointment was on 8 AM and they didn't open up until ~8:10 AM (this caused me to make a double roundtrip as it left me confused if an appointment on a Sunday may have been a mistake, but they've reached out to me by phone and still managed to get it done nice and smoothly. I'll definitely be going here again for my front windshield tint once I get the crack on my windshield fixed. read more

For some reason this place still has a 5 star rating despite the low quality of work done. Use a filter and see how they respond to the business responds to their negative reviews with attacks of their own. That alone should be reason not to come here. read more

Exceptional service. The team at Dynamic Auto Custom was very knowledgeable about my vehicle's tint. The staff was friendly and explained all the options to me in detail, walked me out to my car to discuss nuances, and informed me about pricing/steps/things to look out for throughout the process. Overall quick turnaround (about 2.5 hours). Walked to a nearby coffee shop (7 leaves) to wait, but they have a spacious waiting area as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional window tinting services! read more

If you're looking for great service, quality and pricing for your next tint and chrome delete then this is your spot. I called and spoke with Vanessa and assisted by Ashley. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. They answered questions with sincere responses not like other places I called that seemed to just want to get you off the phone. They were also able to get me in the following day which was even nicer. If you're in the market for tint & chrome delete, this is the place! Ask for Ashley as well! You'll thank me later. read more

I did my research before having my Audi re-tinted. Not only did they have the best price in Orange County, they did amazing quality work, and I was blown away by the customer service. I feel that these days we just don't see customer service like it was before. From the second I pulled in, I felt like they actually cared and they made me feel comfortable. I saw nothing but smiles all day from the office staff to the installers. Everyone was kind and said hello. I mean I would hang out with these people. Lol! Thank you very much! I was looking for a place to do a ceramic tint on my car and I was finding out that some places were asking for way too much. Came across Dynamic Auto Custom on IG and decided to message them. They quickly responded with reasonable quotes and options they recommended. When I brought it in they were friendly and informative on not just tinting but on other services they provided. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. read more

Did a decent job. 1. Not transparent with the pricing. They quoted a price through yelp, which later I found out it to be providing no heat protection at all. I ended up going with a higher priced one. It's a gimmick for quoting me with a film that provides a film with no protection when I specified all the specs in prior. 2. Inaccurate time estimation. It's a simple job of a carbon film tint on a sedan with no windshield, and they initially estimated for 3-4 hours. It ended up taking 5 hours. He gave me excuses of guys taking lunch towards the last minute, but I won't buy it. They are either unprofessional or not systematic. I ended up being late to my next schedule. I think there's some gimmicks and no transparency around the whole process. I came to this business because of the seemingly fair quote and their willingness to accept the job in a short notice. I think they are just accepting all businesses coming through. Buyers be aware beforehand I would've given 2 stars but the guy who helped me out seemed somewhat chill so I'm giving 3 stars read more

Lars and team went over and above to help us prep our house to prepare it to market and get maximum price! I was days away from picking up my brand new car and was looking for a place to apply paint protection film, ceramic coating, and tint my windows. I found Dynamic Auto Customs on Instagram and their Yelp page looked great as well, so I reached out to get more information. Vanessa replied quickly and was very helpful along the way as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. I was able to drop off my new car for everything I requested with some last minute changes and additions to my service. Turn around time was quick and I was able to pick up my car a couple of days later. The quality was fantastic and Vanessa was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the do's and don'ts of aftercare. They even asked me to return in a week to make sure everything looks good after a week of curing. I would definitely recommend this place as a one-stop-shop for all your new vehicle needs. I reached out to obtain a quote for window tinting. After some clarifications, they provided a price and we set an appt. Upon the day of the appt, they suggested the quoted price couldn't be honored and it was a mistake. As a result, I left the shop and chose to look elsewhere. Update: Later, the shop reached back out indicating they would honor the original price. We quickly scheduled a new appointment to have the work done. The work was done reasonably well and timely. There are numerous pinhole-sized bubbles on the windshield that won't go away because there's particulate beneath, and some marks/abrasions, but overall the work is satisfactory. Another window has a rough-cut edge, which isn't noticeable when the door is closed, so it isn't worth trying to replace the film. The owner did reach out once more to offer to replace/redo areas of concern, which was appreciated. read more

Stopped by Dynamic Auto Customs to get my hellcat wrapped. I was really unsure with which color to choose but Ronnie was great and helped me out by going through all the wrap palettes and showing me different inspirations online. I didn't feel rushed and really took his time to talk around my car and explain the process. Everyone there was very nice and made sure I felt comfortable. Pros - The shop was able to accommodate me on the same day and had good communication throughout the process. They did not try to upsell me, and the window tint appears to be of good quality. Issue - However, I noticed a visible warp on one side of the window trim/seal, which I suspect may have been caused by the use of a heat gun or another tool. When I brought it up with the shop, their response was, "We use heat guns on the exterior of the vehicle from a distance of the window, and we never use heat guns on the interior since there's no need to for your vehicle specifically. So it's very difficult for there to be a way for us to damage it, especially to that extent." I believe that if there was any issue with the existing trim, it should have been noted during the initial car inspection. The car condition was noted with not defect on the inspection paper work. Although I'm not willing to take them to small claims court or continue arguing at this point, I wanted to share this review to alert others. It might be a good idea to take pictures and video of the entire vehicle before going to this shop to avoid similar situations in the future. read more
