    What's the point in offering appointments if you won't honor them? Waste of time. Disorganized staff. Avoid.

Found the 2nd floor business access door... little hard to pick out from the businesses, but, to the right of the ROGERS store, there are stairs, but elevator as well. Did not appear this elevator serviced the Parkade. Kinda not great to have to park underground (yay!) then pop up and still have to bolt across the lot in -30C but... your car is warm! Once up the elevator, exit left and turn left again to walk down the long hall to the lab, on your left. No one was waiting in the stanchions, but there is no other way to approach the desk... or leave (? That was odd) There is a couple of waiting areas, and reception was swift. My test would take 30 minutes between parts, so they gave me a timer. Staff were efficient and I was on my way in no time.

Unfortunately the blood test itself required that I be poked on both my arms as it didn't go as seamlessly as usual, but otherwise this was a great visit. I'll definitely consider this location anew if I need bloodwork or other tests that they offer. There is ample parking and it is reasonably convenient to access via transit as well.

    This is horrible Business. I waited for months only to have them close down due to bankruptcy with…read moreno call before the day of my appointmen. I gave them. a second chance when they reopened and yet again was let down being told I couldn't be helped because my doctor didn't fill out paper work right. They said they would be referring me to another clinic asap and I should get a call in the next few days. After a week of hearing nothing I called the business they were supposed to contact and the referral was never made. The front end manager Marla was also extremely rude and unprofessional!

I received a referral from my family physician after an MVA for a lower back ultrasound. 1st I called the office with no response and VM, I also went to their online booking system and booked in, but no one got back to me after 2 weeks. I then called in and booked the appt, which I got a slot for somewhere in May after 5months of the booking date. I requested to be put on the waitlist and called when something came up but no one called. I went to my Dr. later with another issue, got another referral for ankle scan to this same place, and thought since I already have an upcoming appt., it will be prudent to call them and add it on as its still about 4 months away so I can do both in one visit. I called with no response again and VM, with no call back. Called later to book the additional appt only to be told that, I have no appt there for the lower ack scan after waiting of over 3 months already since the referral. Apparently. the Dr.'s office sent them the newer referral for the ankle and so they deleted/removed the initial one I had booked. When I tried talking about this, they denied a call /booking the initial appt. and declined doing the 2 appts in one. The so called manager had the gust to call and leave a rude message on my phone, I called again and did not get hold of her, requested for an email and sent them both requisitions I had received only for the manager sending an email back to cancel both appts after waiting for over 3 months already. With this kind of behaviour, I am certainly going to send my business elsewhere as I cannot stand such unscrupulous behaviour. These people are supper rude, unprofessional, unethical and do not care about their patients/clients' and their health concerns. They all need a professionalism and customer service training, as well as learn about the ethics in the healthcare industry. I feel so sorry for the business owner, only God knows how much business has been thrown out the door.

    This is a very busy place! Whenever I need to come here for blood work, I try to come super early…read moreto line up. Many times a long socially distanced line develops even before the lab opens. It's located within a mall, so you don't have to risk being subjected to the weather outdoors. I've been impressed with the way the staff have been handling the pandemic. I've experienced where they've done a preliminary check of your lab requisition, at a table set up outside the doors of the lab. They also ask you the Covid screening questions. Earlier during the pandemic, they even replaced our non-medical masks (made us put them in plastic bags and put them away) for brand new surgical masks. Though during my last visit, I've noticed that this practice has been changing to allow for non-medical masks. Of course they also have hand sanitizer to use. The staff are quite organized and efficient, considering the volume of people that use their services. I feel safe from Covid, when I'm sitting in the socially distanced chairs in the waiting room. I appreciate the monitors they have (displaying our first names), so you can anticipate when it will be your turn to get called in. The staff I've met have been friendly to me. This is a great lab to go to!
