Parking is moderately small and fluctuates as well due to other clinics next to this one. Ex: dental clinic, & dyna life. The staff are pleasant and very helpful to a certain extent. I'll definitely be checking in here when I get sick or until these doctors are accepting new patients to their practice. Anyways, have fun shopping for your own doctor. The first time I went I got in to see a doctor within 20 minutes of showing up (no appointment). On my second time for a followup, I was waiting for maybe half an hour to forty-five minutes before getting in. The location is very conveniently located next to an X-ray facility and a Rexall pharmacy. Definitely worth a stop in if you need any medical help.

Because we had an appointment, we did not have to do through the normal check-in process which included taking a small numbered piece of paper from a little plastic basket on the receptionist's desk. There did seem to be a substantial line-up for walk-ins and this was compounded by the fact that this is location handles worksite injuries for many organizations, so there were several pretty gruesome injuries to be seen. But our experience was good, the x-ray service next door was quick and the replacement cast was done in less than half an hour. Don't know if I would likeit as much if I had stood waiting for three hours to see a family doc though.

When I arrived their computer system had crashed and they needed to reschedule me. I explained my situation, that I needed a prescription and I wouldn't be able to wait another 6 weeks. They got me in with another doctor to give me a prescription until I could be rescheduled. The new doctor I saw was very thorough, explained concerns he had and why he was doing what he was. He consulted with another doctor when he had questions. In the midst of a very stressful day, all the MOA at the desk had a very cheerful attitude and were very kind and compassionate. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience here, and feel confident about the care I will receive.

The nurse practitioner is excellent and the front office staff are pleasant. They have a lot to deal with because of the area and number of people struggling with mental health - regardless, they treat everyone with respect and dignity. I recommend this clinic.

When I had finally gotten in to see a doctor they had bright another patient in to the room who sat on a stool at the end of the patient bed. Very unprofessional and privacy isn't a thing here. During pandemic you go in right away, now they are back to overbooking and wait times is 1 1/2 hours and that is in the sitting area. You still have to wait when you get in the room. This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CLINIC FOR OVERBOOKING. I hate going here so I never make an appt unless the Doctor calls me. Hate this place.
