I came here recently as it was one of the Dynalife DX locations with the shortest wait times and the closer location is one where I always have poor experiences. They took me in really quick for a walk in, which was great, but the woman who took my blood had this weird tone the whole time and started acting cold when I told her I tend to pass out when I fast for bloodwork. She struggled to find a vein and was very rough. I almost never bruise when I get bloodwork but I did this time. Even three days later it has only gotten more painful to move my arm. Recommend for the wait times, don't recommend for the rude workers and the rough needlework. read more

I can't imagine that anyone is a fan of getting blood work (or other) done but at least at Dynalife they have you in and out in no time. I had to go on Sunday and there are only a handful of Dynalife locations open on Sundays. This one on 66 Street was the closest to home so I set out to be there for 9am (as I had to do my test between 8-10am). I was a little shocked when I entered the brightly lit space as there were well over a dozen people in there but the team was so fast and efficient that they got us all through in no time. The staff was super friendly and professional. The space was clean and very bright. And, despite that dozen or so people, there were at least a dozen or more empty chairs still available in the vast waiting room, which was a huge bonus. The only downside is that this parking lot is a paid lot (as it is within walking distance to the Grey Nuns and I would imagine many people would try to park there). Dynalife has a sign on their door to remind you to pay before you come in (thank you for saving me the potential ticket!) and it's $3 for all day parking on Sundays. My understanding from a parking lot chat with another patron is that it's $3/half hour during the week... but I can't confirm that for you. All I can tell you is bring some coin or your credit card or... try another Dynalife location, if you can/if that's important to you. read more

I went here to get some blood work done today. No one likes getting needles (well, almost no one) and it is not a joyful experience. I can only imagine how frustrating it can be for these nurses. They probably get yelled at all the time. I showed up at 7:15am. The information sheet I had read that it opened at 8:00, but I guess my sheet was old and they had changed their hours. There was a sign up that said the wait time was about 20 minutes. I did end up waiting 45 minutes, but they can't really help that. The nurse I had was very gentle and the blood work did not hurt at all. This location was pretty good because it is close to my house and the nurses were really nice. My only complaint is how busy it gets. I am pretty sure this is the way it is throughout all Dynalife centres. read more

I would put a zero if I could. It is for my 2 year old daughter and it's a freezing cold day and you can't book online because it tells you there's no appointments available. The lady was rude and unprofessional. Didn't even put my daughter's time slot in and tried telling me to wait outside with my 2 year old when I do not drive. Would not recommend this location. Instead of doing their jobs they r standing around and not working. No wonder the wait times are so long. Do not come to this location if u don't have to. I only came because it's the closest one to my house. read more

This is my "go to" location when I have to get my blood drawn. I have anemia (low iron) so I have to get it checked every couple of months, so finding a place like this is very handy. I recommend booking online or phone for an appointment, or you may end up waiting 30 mins or so. But if you have an appointment, you usually get in within 5 mins of the time. Other locations I've had to wait upwards of 30+ minutes with an appointment, but with this place I've never experienced that. The workers here are all really nice, and makes the whole trip quite enjoyable. The only bad thing I have to say about the place (and the reason it didn't get 5 stars from me) is the parking... oh it's horrible. You have to pay to park and that's if you're lucky enough to get a spot. I drive a normal sized car and it just fits into the parking space, I don't know how people with trucks or vans could park in the parking spots they've got there. So if you're heading there just keep that in mind or park around back (where I usually end up after I'm unable to find parking upfront) The building watches the parking lot like a hawk, so if you don't pay for parking you will get a ticket sadly. Parking aside if you have to get your blood drawn I recommend this place. It's clean, they know what they're doing and all the workers are friendly and helpful. read more

What an awful experience! Went to get quick bloodwork at 830 am on a Wednesday and expected to wait. There was zero direction or instructions on capacity and approximately 7 of us were forced to stand inside the entrance together, which made it so we were all basically touching each-other. Three of us got very uncomfortable and made our way inside the clinic to the end of the line (which again WASN'T clear if this was allowed or not but based on how many people were cramped in the entrance we decided to move into the lobby). We were then screamed at aggressively by a woman in the line, as well as the woman behind the desk to "GET OUTSIDE NOW UNLESS YOU'RE CHECKED IN!" So wait, now we're expected to wait outside in below freezing temperatures for bloodwork? Not in our car....outside, on the sidewalk. Again...no signage stating any of this. As someone with severe anxiety and PTSD, I immediately went to my car and cried and promptly left. I then went to the Millbourne Mall Dynalife, where the directions were very clear and the staff was so kind and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes. 66 street Dynalife....seriously give your heads a shake!! You can't just scream at people who are there to get their lab work done because you're overwhelmed and busy! Considering we're at the end of the pandemic, I can only assume it's been like this the entire time. Signage would be cool! Maybe even a staff member to monitor the door situation so people know what they're supposed to be doing instead of screaming at people from behind a desk? 0/10 will never go back there and will make sure others know to avoid it. I also can't help but assume they often yell at their patrons when it's being echoed by OTHER patrons inside the lobby. read more
