He reviews lab / diagnostic reports in a timely manner and explains treatment options. Consultations, in person or phone, are never rushed. *****I raised these concerns during a phone call, but instead of addressing them, "Pat" (Office assistant to Dr. Mosherchak and Chan) (780-701-5518) responded with "thank you" and hung up. Since approximately 2018, I have experienced ongoing difficulty reaching the clinic by phone after a longstanding pattern of not receiving callbacks after leaving voicemail messages. Calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemail messages are often not returned. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic. read more

I've been coming to the Allin Clinic since 1976. Excellent pediatric Doctors saved my life. Also wonderful OBGyns. Both of my children were delivered by the obstetrics crew. My G.P. has since passed away, so they just spread his caseload around to the other G.P.s. I wasn't asked who I wanted as a physician and that kind of bugged me. That was about 17 years ago, so I guess I'm over it. It's a great clinic to get your foot in the door for referrals to specialists. Since the pandemic, I've not seen my doctor, but I did have a check up by phone. I was then required to call in a couple blood pressure readings. Best check up ever!!! P.S. You should get a sphygmomanometer. The offices were renovated a couple years ago. It needed some sprucing up. The main floor lobby now has a coffee bistro. What took so long? I have not used their pharmacy in many years, but I'm glad they have one. The parking sucks. Really bad! So few spots. Ticket dispenser is expensive and hard for seniors to use. Especially since the sun shines directly on it so you can't see the digital readout. Get a ride. read more

Dr Hansraj will refuse to help patients in need, waste your time at the clinic and refuse phone call appointments but will not help you in office. She is continuously difficult, does not listen to patient needs or specialist referrals. If you need a doctor, she's the last person to talk to read more

I had my first wonderful experience at the Allin Clinic today! I was finally able to book with a doctor there to become my family doctor. The wait was worth it! She was very friendly, a great listener, actually took notes and wanted to know all the details of my family and medical history. I'm actually looking forward to my next doctors appointment. Now that's saying something! It's a big building filled with plenty o' doctors, X-ray machines, and more. Conveniently located too, right downtown. I have been taking my kids there for 16 years to an amazing pediatrician (whom I still love) but, in the last 2 years, it has become more difficult to actually see her. In the summer I called to book some appointments as some of my kids are special needs and I was told to call back in October as she was fully booked until her new schedule opened up, so today (Oct 22) I called back, and they just told me to call back in January, because once again, she is full and her new schedule won't open till then, I am super disappointed and am seriously considering leaving her even though I think she is an amazing doctor. I called today to see if I could get into the Clinic with a new doctor as I heard Dr. Faye Smith has retired. The lady whom answered the phone could not have been more rude informing me of a letter that went out and I needed to respond within a month. I have been away on holidays from October - end of January so I thought I would respond when I had time upon my return. She informed me there are no available doctors to take on new patients for my daughter and myself. I am a huge fan of the Allin Clinic! I was shopping around for a doctor closer to home and was able to find one accepting new patients here. I'm really happy with the doctor I got. One advantage is that once you're a patient of a doctor at this clinic, it's easier to get an appointment with other types of doctors within the clinic. For example, I needed a referral to a specialist and got in right away because there's one in the same building. They also have rotating on call shifts so if my doctor isn't available, I can see one who is. They're even open on Saturdays for drop-ins only. They even have a DynaLIFE Dx lab in the basement! It's great if you need some blood work done - especially if you don't need to fast or anything. You can get it done all in one trip! One downside is that they've started to charge for parking. So if you drive, bring some coins or be prepared to walk a bit. Generally there's some street parking nearby. read more

In addition, the support staff - ranging from the receptionists to the nurses - have all been very helpful. I've been a patient at the Allin Clinic for nearly seven years now and in that time I've always been treated with dignity and respect. My children's doctor is amazing. He is gentle kind and thorough. I wish I could say the same of his new receptionist on the 3rd floor (older Eastern European lady). We had an appointment scheduled. We got a confirmation text for 3:40 today. I confirmed. When my husband got there, apparently the appointment was for 1:40. When My husband told her about the confirmation text saying our appointment was at 3:40, instead of being professional and apologizing for the mix up, she tried to pass the buck on me by saying I didn't confirm the appointment. I guess what this old lady doesn't know is that texts stay in your phone until erased, and that most texts show time of response. If she had been honest, I would have let it go, but to try to cover up her incompetence by throwing me under the bus, was not the right thing to do. That third floor receptionist needs a backbone and to grow up a little bit. Adults take responsibility for their actions. I love you Dr. S. I've been here a few times to get blood tests done at Dynalife, & have had a good experience every time :) You never have to wait long, and the staff are so friendly - I remember one nurse who was really chatty & nice, which helped me calm down a bit (I hate needles with a passion). Another nurse had to take blood through my hand once, which caused me to freak out a bit (I hate hand-needles worse than arm-needles... I might have broken into tears and gotten a bit faint) and she was very patient and kind with me, and tried to help me calm down. If I need anymore tests done, this will be my first choice of clinic :) read more

Along with a host of other medical offices, the Allin Clinic is home to MomCare Docs - a group of female family doctors who deliver babies. As such, we have regular appointments here. A few comments on the facility and some helpful tips if you're new: -There's nothing exciting about the location (just off of Jasper Ave)- although it *is* close to work for me. -If you phone, the receptionist will direct your call to your desired office without letting you know she's doing so. -The inside of the building seems to be under renovations over the past few weeks. It doesn't appear as though they're making good time on them so I don't expect to see the finished result, but it will probably provide a more modern look. -Parking costs $3.00 per hour in a monitored lot - In the event that the lot to the south-side is full, check the lot to the east instead (but take care for marked spots.) All-in-all, I'm glad I don't need to go to the hospital for each visit, but as mentioned, nothing spectacular about this medical centre, so three stars it is. read more

I had come here to the Dynalife clinic to get some blood drawn. Dynalife is in the lower floor of the Allin Clinic. In and out in 10 minutes? Bonus. Before my scheduled appointment? Bigger bonus! I had chosen this location because it was close to my work, and a nice walk mid-day never hurt anyone. I had booked an appointment two days in advance, just in case, because I had stopped by at another time and the waiting room was jam packed. Reception said that some days are busier than others, but I was still glad I booked my appointment. Everyone there was super friendly, and the process was painless. Literally. The tech that took the vials of blood; I hardly felt a thing! We made small talk about the weather, and that was it. Done. Will come back here for sure, if need be! read more

FRONT DESK SECRETARY EMBARRASSMENT!!!!!!!!!!! Dr Ajamian has been my sons Pediatrician for about 18 months now and Iam sad to say i will be changing doctors due to the rude and completely unprofessional behaviour of the front desk secretary! She has no professional characteristics she is totally miserable to all patients and does not belong in any customer care businesses. She has made my experience with this doctor horrible and I definitely do not recommend having to deal with this office at all! Also she makes as far as a year appointments in advance and does not do reminder calls no matter how far booked, as she claims she does not get paid enough to do that lol the wait times are ridiculous and appointments are double booked. read more

A great facility overall. The wait times are never too horrible -- especially when you've made an appointment for tests/bloodwork in advance. The nice thing about this building is just how many medical services are provided in one space. Even if I might hate getting fasting bloodwork done, having nice proficient staff members to help me when I'm a bit hangry is great. read more

First visit- I was with my disabled dad ... The experience was horrible, I was absolutely disgusted with how the Doc kept cutting off my dad when my dad was trying to speak and not even acknowledging him at all and the doctor kept speaking to me (younger daughter). I was there because I am power of attorney and my dad suffered a stroke so his memory is not good and I have to be able to let the doctor know what we need for insurance and know more information pertaining his progress. Next visit I went to go see the doctor alone as I had to ask him to fill out forms regarding the test results for government disability plans He was totally rude repeating "like I said" "like I said" and I asked him will you fill these out and send them or not and he kept repeating "like I said" So I said "If you're not gonna help me then I don't need to be here" He kept talking in a rude voice and I left the office because 90% of the stuff he kept saying he never has said to me before. I will bring my dad next week to collect all medical records and we already have appointments with other doctors ! Not gonna force my dad to go to a place where he feels like he's retarded and not welcomed while recovering ! Very disappointing with the experience! read more

This is run smoothly. The only compliant I could have is that the parking is horrible. But if you're going to a doctor downtown you should really know better. My doctor is always there for his patients. If I need an urgent appointment I can get to see my doctor within the day. The clinic itself only allows the doctors to book appointments a month ahead of time. This is a great policy, which cuts down on missed appointments and ensures patients are able to see their respective doctor when they must. read more

The front desk lady is very rude, and she always trying to getaways from her responsible by blaming her patients. My daughter has booked an appointment with one of their PD doctors, but she told us none of the PD doctors is in office when we got there. The frustration comes when she keep questioning us why we didn't pick up the call when she was informing us about the change of that our doctor won't be in office, but it turned out she didn't get our phone number right. When she found out the number is incorrect, she blamed it on us and said that we said it wrong(why did we tell her a wrong number, it is ridiculous.) right way. Anyway, the whole time, she didn't say a 'sorry' to us, and we waste a hell of the time to deal with this non-sense. Does the customs service even matter to them? read more

The Alin Clinic is a primary care clinic. Dynalife and various other services are all located in one building - makes getting blood work or an x-ray etc an easy experience! You can book appointments online as well, which is also a bonus :) read more

I have been one of the clinic patient unfortunately I'm not happy at all with the Drs there, I was bleeding since I knew I'm pregnant I informed the dr and she said its normal and I told her I'm using pads once and twice a day she request US for me and then I have been told not to worry everything is normal at 8 weeks 6 days . At around 12 week I had a strong bleeding I went to the clinic I showed the bleeding to the dr and she said it's ok and she tried to here the HB she couldn't she mentioned that 50% we hear it 50% not and I was to secard it was my first baby then she mentioned I can feel it moving I felt so calm and I went home after about two hours the bleeding start to be heavier i went to ER I found out that I have Subchorionic hematoma which was clear in my US but they never told me about it. And my baby died in me since about 2-3 weeks ago I was in shock special when the Dr told me she can feel it move. I will never ever go there again read more
