After filling in a few forms I thought I'd be waiting a while but was taken through for a consultation straight away. Everyone I spoke to was very calming about the procedure and put my mind at ease. The doctor gave me a numbing injection first to make sure I was comfortable. It's the weirdest feeling! The changing rooms are clean and they give you a bag to keep all your belongings in while in the clinic. The waiting areas outside the procedure rooms are flip downs from the wall. Ten mins and out of there! Done.

There are cheaper options from credible sites that can fulfill your needs. The service was mediocre, the data says one thing but what you feel is another so be aware of your options! Seriously, google Cpap machine and it will come up. Not to mention the method of testing you for for sleep apnea was a joke. I had a machine on my head the entire night and I had to sleep on my back. I'm a stomach sleeper, so no shit it was going to tell me I had a bad sleep. This sector is not regulated by the government and is driven by the pharmaceutical corporations. There's no checks and balances on sleep science clinics so they are able to operate autonomously and inflate prices and mis diagnose with no repercussions from a higher governing body. This is so irresponsible and it needs to be changed.

The flu shot was simple and quick and the staff member did their utmost to explain things to each individual. One person was so afraid of getting their flu shot that he was jerking around wildly and had a hard time but staff helped him get his shot anyway. I liked how clean it seemed and the fact that they served so many people. This flu shot clinic was less busy than I would have liked -- because it would be nice to see more folks getting their flu immunizations -- but I'm glad I went here! It's a very transit accessible place with ample parking in the mall parking lot.

The day after we arrived home from the hospital, a nurse from Woodcroft came to our home to see how we, as new parents, were doing and to answer any questions we had. This may be standard practice here, but as a transplant from the US, I found this amazing. Since then, the staff at Woodcroft have answered many questions when I call and have undoubtedly saved us from a few ER visits. When my little guy had his immunizations today, they were extremely supportive of mom, who honestly had a harder time with the shots than the kiddo. I am glad Woodcroft is my community clinic. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for my family.

I literally downloaded yelp solely to leave this review because my experience with specifically Dr…read more Azer has been absolutely unacceptable. I suffer from dysmenorrhea and have hospitalization worthy menstrual pain. The only treatment accessible to me is birth control, specifically an IUD, which I have been trying to be given for over a year now. I was initially convinced by Dr. Azer to try the patch for a few months, a method I've never previously heard of and hadn't researched or was given time to think about, and had a horrible experience with it as the extra hormones had a negative effect on my body because I was 17 at the time. When I decided to come off of it, he continued to re-ask me every single time I saw him if I was sure I didn't want to go on the patch, and every time I reminded him of the effects it had on me. I wasn't even made aware I had the option to purchase a sedative to ease the pain when they administered the IUD. My body went into shock, and they discontinued the process and rescheduled me with a prescription to get the sedative. I had nobody to pick me up, since I was told it would "only be a pinch", and had to take the bus for an hour and a half alone, in pain and tears. Obviously I needed a little bit more time before I went back, so the prescription for the sedative expired and just today I had gone back to re-issue that prescription and ask for a female doctor to administer it instead because again, I was 17 years old and wasn't told I would have to reschedule for a female doctor if I asked day-of. He had told me that I would need to book yet another appointment with that female doctor to have my prescription for my sedative issued to me. I could not believe they made me wait an entire hour in the waiting room for a signature on paper that they would still end up refusing me, so I asked him to confirm that he was not giving me anything, and you know what? Maybe it was the way I said it, because he completely dismissed me and left the room. I followed, at this point kind of irritated and confronted him for dismissing me and he just kept on walking, entirely ignoring me. Now see, when my father was at a few of the appointments, all I will say is it went very differently. I am nowhere near an idiot. I am currently a 3.7 gpa student and studying to take psychology in university so that I can research the neurological differences between males and females. But the staff at this clinic treated me like I was some silly oblivious girl every time I had gone to one of the appointments myself. I will absolutely NEVER be revisiting this clinic, and believe Dr. Azer should NOT be a gynaecologist for minors. His treatment of young girls when alone is disgusting. My mother also later told me in the past he suggested she have her ovaries burned off instead of administering her an IUD, so theres that too. The wait times suck, the staff is rude, -100/10 experience.

My appointment today was for 9:00am and it was my first time there. As I arrive in the parking lot…read more10 minutes early for my appointment, there is no signage on the outside of the building to let me know where the entrance to the Links Clinic is. I drive around the building confused and frustrated and finally park. I attempt to call the office to ask if I was in the right place, only to reach numerous automated options and then be placed on hold. Time was ticking and I needed to pay for parking and get in there, so I finally hung up without getting through. I got out my car and scanned the QR code on the parking sign and the app wasn't working. Another gentleman on the other side of the sign was experiencing the same issue and we were both frustrated. My parking finally went through however, but it was not the $2.75 I was told. I was charged $6.56. I went into the building and there was almost no signage. I finally found the clinic as the was a small handwritten sign on a stand at the door of the clinic. I go to what appears to be a receptionist, worried and stressed, as it is now 9:07. She advises me that Dr. Azer's receptionist is up at the end and points me there. She then lets me know that they may make me reschedule as I am late. Exasperated, I share with her that I had arrived early and what I had experienced outside. Given that, she said they may make an exception. I go to the desk of Dr. Azer's receptionist. She is nowhere to be seen. Another receptionist watches me stand there as time ticks away and says she will go and let her know I am there. His receptionaist finally comes out after making me wait close to 5 minutes and advises me I will need to rebook and they have a policy that if you are 10 minutes late, you must rebook. I explain what happened and she informs me that the parking lot company is not their responsibility and I will still need to rebook. As I attemtped to say that I had arrived early and felt I had done my part and that I felt they should be able to consider making an exception. She cut me off very rudely and said "Don't argue with me!" I asked to see the manager. I was told to have a seat and wait as she was busy, which of course took up even more time. By the time the manager came to see me and took me in her office, we were now at over 20 minutes past the hour. The manager was empathetic but said that it was unfortunately out of her hands as Dr. Azer is very busy and has a black and white no exception policy when people are 10 minutes late (actually, despite everything, I was not 10 minutes late as I arrived at the reception desk at 9:07 but was left standing). The manager was kind enough to reimburse me my parking cost. I told her I would reschedule my appointment elsewhere as I did not wish to see a doctor who has no interest in being empathetic and not listening to his patients. Not that it will make any difference to him, but at least I can choose to deal somewhere where I am respected. I believe the worst of the entire experience was the really unhappy, abusive receptionist at his front desk. I do hope her life gets better. I think she needs a great big hug because she is absolutely miserable.
