I've always found it easy to get an appointment with my doctor, but when she has been unavailable, I've seen other doctors at the clinic (at least four) and been comfortable with them all. Since all my charts and files are kept at the clinic, whichever doctor I see has my history there, and my regular GP can access them next time I see her. The thing I love the most about this clinic is that it is also a walk in, and my doctor reserves a couple of walk in spots a day for her regular patients. When I have had need of walk in services, I've been able to call the clinic when it opens and often get a quick visit with my doctor. I hate going to the doctor, so if I like a clinic, it's worth sharing!

The changing rooms are clean and they give you a bag to keep all your belongings in while in the clinic. The waiting areas outside the procedure rooms are flip downs from the wall. I did here the front staff tell the woman in front of me the wait was well over an hour though. The staff seemed nice with my limited interaction and there is a ton of parking here.

The support staff at the front desk are a real strength here; while waiting I have seen them deal with all kinds of situations with aplomb, safety, and empathy. Also don't come here if your only idea of an acceptable GP or internist is limited to old white anglo saxons; the physicians here are multicultural professionals. They are also really dedicated, providing various types of service to maintain close follow-up (meet and greet, phone, call back visits, and visits on request) with patients. In keeping with the rising needs of the nearby population, opioid dependency program options are available, and there is a pharmacy on site. I predict this center will be a very positive influence on those in the area seeking medical care, as well as providing great service to people like me who find the location very easy to drive into.
