This is horrible Business. I waited for months only to have them close down due to bankruptcy with no call before the day of my appointmen. I gave them. a second chance when they reopened and yet again was let down being told I couldn't be helped because my doctor didn't fill out paper work right. They said they would be referring me to another clinic asap and I should get a call in the next few days. After a week of hearing nothing I called the business they were supposed to contact and the referral was never made. The front end manager Marla was also extremely rude and unprofessional! read more

This business does not even deserve a one star. They are extremely unprofessional, unethical and very rude, including their so called manager, Marla. I received a referral from my family physician after an MVA for a lower back ultrasound. 1st I called the office with no response and VM, I also went to their online booking system and booked in, but no one got back to me after 2 weeks. I then called in and booked the appt, which I got a slot for somewhere in May after 5months of the booking date. I requested to be put on the waitlist and called when something came up but no one called. I went to my Dr. later with another issue, got another referral for ankle scan to this same place, and thought since I already have an upcoming appt., it will be prudent to call them and add it on as its still about 4 months away so I can do both in one visit. I called with no response again and VM, with no call back. Called later to book the additional appt only to be told that, I have no appt there for the lower ack scan after waiting of over 3 months already since the referral. Apparently. the Dr.'s office sent them the newer referral for the ankle and so they deleted/removed the initial one I had booked. When I tried talking about this, they denied a call /booking the initial appt. and declined doing the 2 appts in one. The so called manager had the gust to call and leave a rude message on my phone, I called again and did not get hold of her, requested for an email and sent them both requisitions I had received only for the manager sending an email back to cancel both appts after waiting for over 3 months already. With this kind of behaviour, I am certainly going to send my business elsewhere as I cannot stand such unscrupulous behaviour. These people are supper rude, unprofessional, unethical and do not care about their patients/clients' and their health concerns. They all need a professionalism and customer service training, as well as learn about the ethics in the healthcare industry. I feel so sorry for the business owner, only God knows how much business has been thrown out the door. read more

My Sports Doctor recommended I go here for an ultrasound on my leg as they provide very thorough reports. The office made an appointment for me but I called to change it and was able to get in one day earlier. The paper I was given with the contact information indicated I should be there 25 minutes before my appointment but it wasn't necessary and 10-15 minutes would be more than enough time. If you're not familiar with the area, make sure you include the SW in the address when you look it up as I heard one of the front staff giving directions and said if the person didn't include SW, they would end up close to Costco. There's a large convenience store at the corner of the complex where this business is located. When I walked in, there were 3 staff sitting at the front desk on the computers and phones. It seemed that one of them was new and being trained. I provided my ID and Health Care card and asked to take a seat. There were more seats than people and not too cramped. It seems new and clean and not many magazines but there was wifi. Shortly after my appointment time, I was brought to the back. There's a nook with a chair and I was told to stay there and the staff brought me a gown. After I changed, I didn't wait long before I was called to the room. There were 2 staff working there and the one that brought me into the room was on the computer typing what the technicians was saying while he was doing my ultrasound. He pressed on my leg where I'm having the issue and asked me some questions. After, they also said I would get a x-ray on my ankle. The x-ray technicians took a few photos and were great when I told them when I was having pain for some of the positioning. The ultrasound and x-rays took just under 30 minutes. There are 2 washrooms at the back and it was clean. I see my Doctor soon but I have faith that the results will be thorough and detailed to pinpoint the issue. read more

This is my 2nd time coming here for an ultra sound for my foot. I had a referral from a specialist the first time and the person who did my ultra sound was super professional and did an awesome job doing a proper ultra sound. They actually listened to where I told them the pain was at instead of just reading the diagram on the paper... it made it worth my time. My second ultra sound just under a year later for the same issue, I didn't have the same tech, but the lady I had also listened to where I was saying we need to focus on so it picked up the issue. I did find it odd that I needed to do an x ray in addition to my ultra sound even though my req didn't specify it, just an ultra sound. I was tired and wanted it done so I could get on with my day, so I didn't really care. I did the x ray so that there wasn't an argument and so it didn't delay the ultra sound. I like that I find it easy to book into for an appointment and there's lots of parking in the parking lot. I also appreciate that it is on the south side making it super convenient for me. read more

We went from Fort Mc to Edmonton SW location for my Intermetatarsal Ultrasound. While doing test they found that Specialist (Radiologist) had to do the test. We requested if they can book appointment with Specialist to avoid back and forth journey from Fort Mc, and they made it happen next day. Front desk staff was very cooperative and helpful. Radiologist who did US was very knowledgeable and he performed few other tests also for our Doctor to decide the next step of treatment. read more

My wife needed an emergency ultrasound and X-Ray due to some intense pain she was going through. She was admitted, but only after being subject to inappropriate remarks about her weight. Unlike other locations, no comments from the on-site doctor (if they had one) to explain the findings. ACMS then sat on the results for three days before the results were sent to our family physician, and then only after a repeat visit to the location to ask what was going on. No apologies or empathy from the front office staff. If your testing is for anything related to pain treatment, don't go there. There are many other places where you can be treated with respect and offered something resembling customer service. read more
