This is amazing, because I suffered intense trauma with another Dentist as a child, absolutely hate going, and before I found Dr. Rad, in my mid 30's - early 40's, never saw the same one twice. I have only had one negative appointment, Mental health wise, NOT Dentistry wise, but that was my own fault for not speaking up. It had been several years since he had seen me and forgot about my issues. The work he did was exceptional, and he realized I was having difficulty and did every thing he could to calm me. BTW...... My adult Son, who lives in Vegas, waits until he comes out here to see Dr. Radivonyk, because as he puts it, "He's the only Dentist that actually listens!"

3 strikes. I've been going here for several years with mixed results. This last visit is my last…read moretime. I chipped my front tooth and needed it repaired. I have had this done several times as my front teeth chip easily. It's usually a pretty fast fix. The tooth was repaired as usual taking about an hour as it too a while to file down the excess in the back side if the tooth so it would not hit my bottom tooth. I was quiet and still. I asked to see it before I left and noticed the tooth next to it now had a chip that was not there before. I took a photo just before going in as I'd had this issue once before when one if his instruments nicked another tooth. I also did not care for the appearance of the repaired tooth. The bottom edge was crooked and concave. I stated this politely and was met with irritation and arguments that the side tooth was not chipped, and then when I pointed it out, that the chip was there before. I showed my before photo as proof it was not. A new assistant was brought in who I believe may be his wife as Carlene was sent to lunch. Irritated words were spoken by Dr. Rad. His irritation was very apparent at having to redo and use more time. His new assistant was VERY rude talking to me as if I were a child. (Im 60). Also denying the chip and mocking the appearance of a canine tooth I have that is less than perfect but that had zero to do with this procedure. She and the dentist were rough from this point and I stopped them saying he was obviously irritated and I did not care to have mad hands in my mouth. Assistant said I was the one who seemed angry. I was extremely overwhemed by this point with a mouth sour from holding it open for 2 hours. The tooth was redone and I said it was fine and left as I could not take anymore. Its not fine. It looks okay but is rough. The front tooth next to it is changed though he insisted he didnt do anything to it. He did. I felt him filing it. I am done with this dentist and believe it's time for him to retire.

The original dentist had retired so needed to find a new one. Called Westford Family Dentistry, explained the situation and they got me right in. A couple of other dentists had said it would be a month before they had openings for a non current customer. Once there I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, Dr. Tom (Schofield) put me right at ease and explained what needed to be done, he was able to salvage the old crown saving me another visit. He and the assistant took extra time to make sure I was totally comfortable before procedure. Actually squeezed X-rays and a check up in while waiting for the novocaine to kick in.
