My teeth are characterized and the restorations created blend seamlessly with my natural dentition. My experience with the treatment phase was comfortable throughout. He was exactly 'on point' in telling me what to expect, and he had it down almost to the hour, including an estimated 45 minute procedure, but also what to expect in the next few hours, including some minor seepage, done by 1 pm. The procedure was at 8 am. He also was very exacting in preparing me properly so that I felt only pressure, no pain. I want to give a 'shout out' to Emma, the very professional front office person. She is always calming, as are the assistants and hygienists. Having had some bad to REALLY bad dental experiences over my long life, ZWELL excels across the board. My children said she was gentle and checked in with how they were doing throughout their cleaning. They had no cavities and she suggested more thorough brushing and flossing for them. I had a bad experience with a new dentist 20 years ago who said I had several cavities when I had never had one before that, so I was worried going into a new office.
