This office continues to impress me with their professionalism and kindness. A couple months back, I requested an emergency appointment due to tooth pain. They got me in the next day. It ended up being teeth clinching and my sinuses that were causing the pain. Both the dentist, assistant, and receptionist we so understanding and gracious. Everytime I speak to the receptionists they are always so sweet. I would still recommend this Dentist office! I don't typically give bad reviews. I do however feel strongly that those who do their jobs well should be commended. read more

I've been going to this dentist office for over 15 years and I've always been happy! Zero complaints about any of the staff; everyone there is friendly and always willing to help out. My cleanings are extremely thorough but never painful and I really hate metal contact on my teeth. Equipment is modern and they're very good about patient privacy too. They do fillings very well and are personable and courteous.... but the hygientist who did my cleaning was a complete moron. She recommended I get MORE "mercury" fillings than I already have, which have caused my serious health problems, and is well known to be 1 of the top 5 most toxic substances to humans. She also recommend that I use more Fluoride toothpaste.... an industrial waste product with a skull & crossbones on the label should NOT be ingested, that is if you like being healthy. When I brought these points up to her, she said "mercury only harms 'some' people, not all"..... so, do they do testing to see who it harms before giving them the filling? Of course not. Idiot. Most dentists won't remove old mercury fillings because "it's too toxic to you and the dentist" to do so. I have to ask WHY do they still keep using mercury then? Unbelievable. She wouldn't even consider researching these important topics, because of course, she knows everything and believes whatever the ADA tells her. I listened to my dentists' advice my whole life, and EVERY tooth in my mouth has had cavities and 1 had to be pulled by age 30. My teeth were yellow as a child from over fluoridation in my water supply, which lead me to long and expensive dental repairs for LIFE. Most dentists won't tell you the real truth about good dental health, they want children to brush their protective enamel away young so the Fluoride can do it's job on rotting your teeth.... then they enjoy the benefits of expensive repairs after giving harmful advice. I had to learn that the hard way. If you want an intelligent dentist.... find one who KNOWS what mercury AND fluoride is doing to all of our health, please! read more

I've been going to this clinic for several years and have always been impressed by the level of care and attention. Claire does an amazing job cleaning teeth and has an excellent bedside manner. Recently, I brought my kids in to see Dr. Suresh for a second opinion following their examination elsewhere. She was nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, and skilled and thoroughly explained the state of their teeth for a layman to understand. Ultimately, she saved my kids unnecessary dental procedures, and she saved me from a financial burden. My whole family will be seen here from now on! read more

I went there for roughly 5 or 6 years, brought my kids and husband there too. The facility is clean and inviting, a room or two has nice relaxing views of nearby fields. The dental staff is gentle and very professional. So why only 1 star, if the treatment there is so good? THE OFFICE STAFF. Specifically, the office manager is a nightmare and accounts can be horribly mis-managed. In the past I thought I might have been double billed, but as they were small amounts (back when we had dental insurance, we have not for a few years now) I just paid and figured I was mistaken (shame on me, should of checked). 2-3 months after a filling, I received a bill when I KNEW I had paid. I called the office, explained I had paid cash, I could not find my receipt, and why did my bill take so long to come, if money was owed and no payment was made? The office manager didn't even look into to it, got very snotty very quickly, and told me I was LYING and trying to 'steal services'. This, to a customer in good standing for years! I asked to speak to the owner of the practice, both she, and another office member I spoke to, refused to give me a way to contact the practice owner, who lives out of state. I did find it online after doing some research myself, contacted the owner directly, who told me he would have them erase the bill. Fast forward a few months,a found proof I had paid- using a debit card, not cash. I was mistaken in my payment method, but quite correct the bill had been paidi in full at the time of the service. This office double billed me, wouldn't look into it when I brought it to their attention, accused me of being dishonest and trying to steal from them, refused to give out the owner's name so I could file a complaint- and I never even got an apology after sending in the proof I had paid. If the office kept accurate records and didn't double bill me, if the office manager had an ounce of professionalism in handling my complaint, my family of 5 would still be patients there. We have sinced moved on- no matter how wonderful the treatment by the dental staff, I can't incur charges for services from a business that is sloppy at best or dishonest at worst. If you go there, save every scarp of proof of payment, no matter what the method, for at LEAST 6 months- can't trust the office manager to keep accurate records- you'll be billed again months down the line! Mistakes happen, people are people, but the way it was handled drove us away. If I just went by the office manager's wishes, I wuld have paid an almost $150 bill- twice. Who knows how much I have overpaid over the years, assuming it was my error and thinking their office manager was competent? My mistake, never again. read more

My family and I have been going to this dentist since we moved to this town several years ago. Recently I experienced a fall which caused me to hit my face on the ground. I was immediately driven to this dentist by a good friend to have my teeth examined to make sure they were okay. After examining my teeth and an x ray, I was told by the dentist that my two front teeth were traumatized and needed to be extracted immediately. Literature was thrust into my hand regarding dental implants and the process of how it was going to happen. I was told to go to a dentist in Lowell they recommended who would extract my teeth. They made a mold for creating a "flipper" that would be my false teeth. I would wear these false teeth for 3 months and then come back in to start the process of putting in the implants. They informed me that none of this would be covered by my insurance and that a repayment plan could be arranged. The cost was estimated at more than $12,000. I was flabbergasted. Something made me stop and think. I thought that a second opinion might be a good idea. I scheduled a appoint to Tufts Dental School in Boston. I had to wait several months as they were booked up. Meanwhile, I worried and worried about the possibility of my teeth falling out. Nothing happened to my teeth during this period though I worried constantly and adopted a liquid and soft food diet. Any moment, I thought, my two front teeth are just going to fall out, just like the Rosebush dentist said. Several months go by and I take the trip to Tufts Dental School and was examined by several top dentists while students looked on. After x rays and several tests, I was told that there was no trauma to my front teeth and they did not need to be extracted at all. They said the previous dentist made an incorrect diagnosis. By being given a false diagnosis by the dentist at Rosebush and the emotional distress I have suffered as a result of worrying about the huge costs of dental implants, crowns, abutments, flippers, etc. was very upsetting. I did go back to Rosebush to discuss what happened at Tufts Dental School and they were very rude and defensive. I would not recommend this dentist as a result and avoided spending a great deal of money when I didn't need to in the first place, never mind all the pain, discomfort and stress of going through all that dental work when I didn't need it in the first place. And lastly, my two front teeth are absolutely fine, no chips, cracks or any signs of trauma. And very much alive and well, according to theTufts Dental School professionals. read more
