My review is more for the timid and those who have anxiety going to the dentist. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to work done on my teeth. It can get so bad that I used to get migraines after the appointment was done. Well, Dr Cronin has been so gentle and most of all, listens to what my fears are. I told him I needed to shots of novacaine to numb the pain and he did that. He has done a beautiful job on my front tooth which was chipped when I was little. My pediatric dentist didn't know what he was doing and I went through 6 fixes until I found Dr Cronin. I have had this "temporary" cap for 15 years now. The only thing he had to do last year was touch it up a bit where the tooth meets my gums. The price was also very good. Both my daughters,husband and father-in-law have Dr Cronin as their dentist. He is very skilled,kind ,a great sense of humour and charming. I am not going to be a happy camper when his retirement time comes around. I feel very comfortable recommending Dr Cronin for your dental needs. read more

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now. (after our dentist in the office next to Dr. Cronin retired) As I child I used to see His dad, Dr. Joesph Cronin, in the same office. It has been nicely remodeled and updated. We have been very happy with Dr. Cronin and the staff. The hygienists do a wonderful job. They really spend the time needed to do a thorough cleaning. I have also had a filling and a crown done by Dr. Cronin. Great job!! He also provided me with a free panoramic x-ray when my insurance would't cover it. I needed it for a TMJ evaluation by an oral surgeon.This was so helpful since the surgeon could look at it on my first appointment and give me an evaluation. I've been going to Dr. Cronin's office since I was a child, (when I first saw Dr. Joe Cronin, Dr. Mike's Dad), Dr. Mike took the practice over when I was in High School, my whole family goes there, let me tell you they are the best! Dr. Mike has a newly renovated, modern, clean professional office space and you immediately feel at home. From the moment you call, step into the office and are taken in to see Dr. Mike and his wonderful dental assistant or one of the fabulous hygienists, it is a very welcoming experience. My entire family and I have been going to Dr Cronin for many years now and we are so pleased with the entire experience. Dr Cronin and his staff of hygienists are very thorough and what I like in particular is that they do not do any work that is NOT necessary. The last time I went for a cleaning, they discovered I had a cavity. Dr Cronin was able to fill it on the spot instead of making me come back for another appointment. That was very helpful on 2 levels....1) it was convenient because I was already there, and 2) if you are nervous about going to the dentist, you didn't have to come back and think about it.....lol! Where do I start...Dr. Mike is top notch and makes you feel like he is making the best decisions for you. He is warm and funny and stands by his work. The office message has his cell phone listed for emergencies. Who does that now a days?? I have called that number once and he offered to come in that night after hours. He's a family man and is good at what he does. His right hand lady Chen is a great too! So friendly and kind. The hygienists are all great and professional too - especially Candy and Annie who are so good with my 8 year old. I recommend these guys to anyone who asks. I started going to Dr. Cronin's office after I got married. The personnel and service was leaps and bounds above my previous Dentist. I have been going there for 9 years now and will continue to go to his practice as long as he and his staff are around. We also take our four children to him; each child loves the dentist!
