If you can get the amount you will pay after your dental insurance pays and do this before the procedure. It will make your life easier. Make sure the Office has the correct amount of deductible for your dental insurance. Basically you have to be your own book keeper and stay on top of EVERYTHING. As kind as I can say this. The girls are nice in the office but the billing and treatment plans with the insurance is AWFUl. To me they don't do their job or they are bad at their job. We are looking for a new dentist and its to bad. We absolutely Like all the Dr's and Hygienist. Reason for leaving,I do not want to be doing their office work. I'm glad I don't work full-time because if I did, none of this would have been taken care of because of not having the time. If you go here make sure you know what you are paying for. I leave with bright shiny teeth every time, despite entering with terrible coffee stains. I don't think I've had a single cavity since I started going. Now that I live an hour away; Sue proactively suggested that I schedule cleanings at lunch to avoid morning and afternoon rush-hour traffic. I once showed a day early for a quick check up from the doctor. He was supposed to leave early that day, but I mentioned it wasn't actually dental work. I sat in the chair for less than 30 seconds saving me 2 hours of travel and a second day off from work. They're absolutely amazing, and unlike when I was a child in the 80s, I now look forward to going to the dentist. I don't know the other employees by name, but I have nothing but praise for everyone in that office.

From the first person I spoke to when making the appointment, to the dental hygienist and finally to the dentists - this office is like no other. Everyone (and I mean everyone) is so nice, compassionate and caring. Ended up with four filling replacements and Dr. Nutter took care of them in one visit. This is the first time that I can recall having multiple teeth worked on and having NO pain. William Coakley III, aka BJ, is in a league of dentistry on his own - outside of being - BY FAR - the best dentist I've ever even heard of, he's such a great guy. They have incredible equipment, and abilities! His listening skills, and memory is remarkable. I let him know about some diet habits, and had casual conversation such as the type of music we both liked learning we had very similar taste in music, back in November of 2018 - When I walked into the room to have four crowns put in yesterday he had U2 (my favorite band) playing the entire time for the 3 hour appointment we had scheduled! It's little things like that, which to me, go a very long way. Being in sales, two major key factors are Confidence and your Smile! Outside of just being, genuinely, a great guy - I am in awe at the work he has performed, giving me the same (if not BETTER) smile I had 25 years ago! Absolutely painless through the entire process! I did have to do a root canal from another business, who I would NOT recommend honestly, but it did give me a chance to see how amazingly painless everything they did for me was! To say I am pleased with their work is a ridiculous understatement! Dr. Calagione was very empathetic and reassuring and talked me through the entire procedure. I get my annual dental cleanings done here too and I've never had any issues with billing. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes patients feel welcomed. More importantly, they have listened to some of my concerns- whitening, TMJ symptoms from stress, and tooth sensitivity- and offered solutions that worked which no other dentist had ever suggested! I honestly thought my issues were just part of life and had become my new status quo. With Grace Dental, they really listen and then offer a solution to try. They make it so easy! The office moved to Grafton Street. I followed. Thirteen years later I am still a patient. Dr. Mundra and her staff are a joy to work with. In my case, my salivary glands became underachievers as a result of a medication I was prescribed. The number of cavities I got began to increase. But, as one of the hygienists put it, "it's our job to educate, not to judge." The hygienists were more than willing to teach how to protect my teeth. Swishing with water after eating; reducing sugar in the diet; showing me how to improve flossing and brushing techniques, and suggesting products (with coupons) that keep the mouth moist improved things nicely.
