William Coakley III, aka BJ, is in a league of dentistry on his own - outside of being - BY FAR - the best dentist I've ever even heard of, he's such a great guy. They have incredible equipment, and abilities! His listening skills, and memory is remarkable. I let him know about some diet habits, and had casual conversation such as the type of music we both liked learning we had very similar taste in music, back in November of 2018 - When I walked into the room to have four crowns put in yesterday he had U2 (my favorite band) playing the entire time for the 3 hour appointment we had scheduled! It's little things like that, which to me, go a very long way. Being in sales, two major key factors are Confidence and your Smile! Outside of just being, genuinely, a great guy - I am in awe at the work he has performed, giving me the same (if not BETTER) smile I had 25 years ago! Absolutely painless through the entire process! I did have to do a root canal from another business, who I would NOT recommend honestly, but it did give me a chance to see how amazingly painless everything they did for me was! To say I am pleased with their work is a ridiculous understatement! I've recommended them to one of my sisters and brothers who will be going there as well, and recommend anyone reading this to at least go there to see what a nice facility it is, how friendly the entire staff is, and see the latest technology in their tools/equipment they possess.

I recently had a filling done by her, and I was nervous about it because I am TERRIFIED of needles...I was worried the topical anesthetic they apply to the gums first wouldn't be enough, but it definitely worked and I did not even feel the shot at all! Dr. Calagione was very empathetic and reassuring and talked me through the entire procedure. I get my annual dental cleanings done here too and I've never had any issues with billing. The office is also so nice and clean!

Starting about 3 weeks ago I began to get severe pain on 1 of my teeth so started looking for an emergency dental appointment. I'm new to the area so I had to searched for local dentist offices. I reached to Gianino's, as its closest dentist office to my home. I explained the pain was so severe that I wasn't able to even go into work at the moment. I was told the dentist is on vacation but would be back the following week so I booked the earliest appointment. The first meeting nothing was done to resolve the issue, just X-Rays. I came back to the office today, 9 days after the initial meeting, for a "follow up" while still in debilitating pain. He brought me back into his office for a PowerPoint style presentation, with a long drawn out sales pitch totaling $80,000 for all the work he suggested I get done. I wasn't told that my insurance was out of network until I inquired simply about resolving the issue I came in for on the one tooth that is currently causing me pain. It seemed as though the conversation of insurance coverage was being entirely avoided until I asked directly how much insurance was covering if I was paying out of pocket $575. It took me about 10 minutes to even get to this point while dodging recommendations for ear, nose and throat specialists, amongst other things. At this point I couldn't believe that he had made me wait over 2 weeks, while in severe pain just to inform me I was out of network. The fact that he had the audacity to throw in a long drawn out sales pitch totaling $80,000 before ever getting to the cost for the issue I initially came in for left me jaw dropped. I would recommend anyone avoid this dentist office for any work on anything in your mouth. They seem to operate with zero transparency or empathy and simply care about one thing... making money. I'm not sure of the ethical standards that were crossed here but I'm happy I didn't end up having any work done by this office.

He is very knowledgeable in many other aspects of your health and is willing to share his knowledge to provide you with a total solution for m any things stemming from the mouth. Very friendly dentist and staff…read more My experience? I hadn't been to a dentist in many years. I thought that I had developed a cavity because one of my molars felt sensitive. As it turns out, I cracked the tooth right down the center like a log. Dr. G gave me some options. One of which was a referral to a specialist for a dental implant. I decided not to go this route and opted to try to save the tooth. The 1st step was a temporary crown. I had this done yesterday. I've got to tell you with the amount of time that he spent with me custom of making a temporary crown out of acrylic, versus what he charged me, he didn't make a dollar! He spent well over an hour crafting this tooth and getting it just right. Today I am experiencing absolutely no pain and the temporary crown fits like a glove. I'm very happy. I will be going back in a month for a permanent crown.

She is also very good about explaining what is happening and what needs to be done and presenting a clear plan. Every visit has been a pleasure. The staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, has always been professional and pleasant. Always helpful and flexible with scheduling and planning. I never thought I'd be a fan of a dentist. But, there's a first time for everything, I guess. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough.

Dr Guy worked on my mouth from March until June and I have never in my life experienced such horrible care in my entire life. In 5 months he pulled three teeth in the back of my mouth he put two implants and and took them out. When I first went into his office he asked me to change my insurance to tops and he could do everything. That was not true. After 5 months of care I finally left because the whole time he worked on my mouth it was infected. He stuck a novocaine needle directly into my abscess causing me to scream very loudly. When he stuck the needle into my abscess the infection popped out of my mouth into the air like busting a pimple. The more I screamed the harder he pushed the needle into my gum. There are so many other things that I could tell you but I think that is enough for now. I was so afraid to go to a dentist after him that it is January 2024 and I have had at least four infections after leaving his office. He he made my dentures and would not give them to me instead he sent me the mold that they take of your mouth before they make the dentures. He sent me that mold instead of my dentures as if I'm an idiot. He charged my insurance up because I got the paperwork of all of my visits and he charged my insurance for so many procedures that he never even did. I am currently contacting legal services because of his neglect. Usually when you go into a dentist office they will talk to you at least say hello and tell you what they're going to do. He never said hello to me he never spoke to me unless it had something to do with my insurance. He caused me great pain and the law is going to take care of this.
