My visits have been with Dr Chai (sp?). He is very intelligent and communicates well. I had an emergency visit for pain in a tooth that has a root canal. He diagnosed it properly and got me antibiotics to stop the infection. He gave me information to track down the possible underlying issue. This week, he did my cleaning. He was fast and competent. I highly recommend him. They have up-to-date equipment and pleasant staff.

Numbing agent did not work well, I felt everything. Dentist also did not use a mask and when he spoke I could feel saliva landing on my face. When we were finishing up he asked if my teeth bit down ok. I told him that I was not able to give him a good answer because my mouth was so sore. NOT NUMB. SORE. He said that was normal . A few minutes after I left I fould feel that my teeth were cutting me because the edges were so sharp. Then all of the sudden a chunk fell off in my mouth! Picture attached! I do not advise going here. He may seem like a nice guy to have a conversation with but I would advise him to consider retirement or a new profession. This was my last experience here.

I finally got diagnosed with stage 2 vocal cord cancer after fighting with Tully Family medicine for two years with provider Carrie Anne who told me it was laryngitis, chronic laryngitis and post nasal drip.. If I had stayed with Tully Family medicine I would have had advanced cancer and most likely died. My provider Connie referred me right away, day one to ENT who found the cancer. Connie has been managing my after care and I probably would not be alive today if we did not have a good working relationship. When she transferred to the Orange office from Greenfield, where I had been seeing her, she asked if I wanted to stay at the Greenfield office and I said no, I will follow you to the Orange office.
