I specifically told them not to use any harsh chemicals on my stove or stainless-steel appliances. Despite that, they damaged my stovetop, and the finish was completely ruined. The cleaning itself was also disappointing. There was still dust in corners, the laundry room door was dirty, and several baseboards and hallways were missed. For the price I paid, the results and professionalism were unacceptable. When I reached out about the damage, the owner offered excuses instead of a real solution and did not want to compensate for the damaged stovetop. This company is a wolf in sheep's clothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their home or appliances. Extremely unprofessional and careless. If I could give zero stars, that's what I would rate this service. This witch is trying to arbitrate a cleaning business hiring ladies who just want money just to come play in your house. BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM ARTIST!!

My windows haven't looked this good since I moved into this house 5 years ago. They did the tracks, they did everything. They even got some windows upstairs that haven't been done in 5 years because nobody could ever reach them. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. I have photos documenting condition of the home after services were rendered. For a professional deep cleaning at this price, I expected much more attention to detail and a completed job the first time. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the work and requesting corrections, only to find that important areas were still missed. I understand that no service is perfect, but this experience did not reflect the level of quality or professionalism I was paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect clear communication and a respectful response when asking about the status of the work being done in my home. They get started right away, always call before they come, but they are always late because they are always backed up. It seems that they have too many houses to clean in one day.
