He was already on another job, but offered to come by that evening after he was done, which I greatly appreciated. His estimated cost was very reasonable and considerably lower than others I called. When he arrived he confirmed that not only did it need to be replaced, but it was also leaking. He offered multiple different options and price points. He offered suggestions to keep the cost as low as possible. He removed the old water heater and then we needed to move some items nearby to allow the area to dry. This was not his responsibility at all, but he helped me move around several heavy items in order to allow the area to properly dry.
