Food was great service was good. Speed to get things to the table, not so much. We have learned to put your food order immediately when ordering drinks. Lunch hour is all that it is. I do understand cook times. And as far as business when we arrived. We were only 1 of 7 tables seated and bar was about half full. Counted 4 waitress on the floor. We will be back. Food is great, owner is a great guy, friendly with staff and customers alike. Just be prepared when ordering drinks to put in your food order asap. Or you'll be sucking down hot wings with 5 minutes to spare. By the way only takes 2 minutes to get there as I work across the street in the industrial park. So getting to the front door is easy. Had a great dinner here tonight; the wraps, grouper bites, chicken tenders and chicken sandwich were very good and our server was wonderful.

Tried to call yesterday to place a to-go lunch order was placed on hold and hung up after 8 minutes tried calling back a few times and was busy so called somewhere else. Tried again today same person and was put on hold so waited to see how long and after 11 minutes she picked up like new phone call then hung up!! Losing business!! Get better employees!!!! Hello inexpensive craft brew, cocktails and casual drinking atmosphere in Naples! Even with a busy crowd the bartender was attentive, fast and friendly. They even have a basketball game and darts to keep you burning off the cals as you drink also! We didn't dine here so I'm not sure what that experience would be like. read more

I have been here on several occasions now. It's a good mix of locals, transplants, and people from out of town, like myself. Everyone is pretty welcoming, and it's easy to start or join a conversation. They have music just about every night of the week. There is a good selection of micro and macro beers on tap and in cans and bottles. Happy hour prices are nice, and they have dry rub wing options along with specials. The food is all pretty good stuff with nice portions that went break the bank. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. It can be surprisingly busy, but not crowded, on a weekday afternoon, quick is cool since I don't like being the only one at a bar. New to the area. Saw good reviews on Yelp. Went to watch an NFL playoff game. Great game atmosphere. Ordered boneless wings as an appetizer. Only $7.99 & plate was heaping. Very tasty. OK. I cannot speak to the food here. I have never eaten any of it. However, I went there for lunch today, after years of passing by and wondering how it is. So, I had the time, I was hungry and I went in. That is the start and end of this. I walked in, and stood in the restaurant--pretty much empty, as they had opened 20 minutes prior to my arrival. The bartender greet me, saying "Hi!" and nothing more. I continued to stand there (there was no obvious hostess stand.) There WAS a waitress serving other customers. She passed by me, standing there, holding the newspaper I intended to read while eating. She DID smile, but that was it. Obviously, I was there to eat. I had never been there before, so I stood. At no time did anyone say "Hi! Welcome to Dylan's, sit wherever you like, we will be right with you!" or words to that effect. I stood there a little while longer, then left. I went to another restaurant which had also opened about 20 minutes before I got THERE. My waitress greeted me: "Hi! Sit anywhere you like, I will be right with you!" My impression of Dylan's is if you have never been there before they don't want you to come in. They will not serve, they will barely acknowledge you, they will let you stand there until you are embarrassed enough to turn and leave. So, go there if you want, just don't expect to be treated as if you matter or as if they want you there. They don't. I got the message. Won't be back. read more

Dylan's is where Zookie's Too and Frascati's were formerly located. I have been here 4 times now over the past couple months. The changeover from Zookie's (which with I was not impressed on multiple aspects) seems to be an improvement. Now Dylan's, it seems the new owner and/or new manager has a better idea of how to run a place. The food seems better, although I have only had two items from the menu. I got a standard Bacon Cheeseburger first, which was good, but didn't completely blow me away. The 2nd and subsequent times, I have gotten the Patty Melt, which I have fallen in love with and have actually ordered it as take out once. They have several TVs, which were installed during Zookie's ownership, and I would expect you can catch a game there. I don't know what, if any, extra sport packages they get besides whats on cable (Zookie's had very limited sports programming, which is partly why I stopped patronizing a self-proclaimed 'sports bar', which Dylan's does not claim to be). Staff seems like it may be hit or miss, some are experienced and some are not (only one of the four times I've been in did it seem like they had a completely newbie staff). Even if inexperienced and a little unaware of what is going on, they have all always been friendly. The shared parking lot can be a little full depending on time of day and if in season or not, which means you might have to park towards the other end of the building, but it isn't a huge inconvenience, since Dylan's has entryways on the two sides of the building. Atmosphere is relaxed for the most part, but they have gotten really busy after my group was done eating and we started to feel a little antsy to get moving along (not by the staff) due to the space starting to become limited. read more

Watched waitress write correct order..waited 10 minutes...came with tomato & scallions....sent it back...waited at least 10 minutes more...came with tomato...SCRATCH THE BEACH BREAD..ordered wings and a BLT wrap....Wings came with no blue cheese and celery, checked menu and it states blue cheese and celery included....ordered a BLT wrap and it came on texas toast!! Asked waitress about no blue cheese, response, "oddly enough, wings do not come with blue cheese!! Asked owner about the blue cheese, stated "waitress is new, doesnt know wings come with blue cheese. The beer and food was fine but the bartender was the grumpiest and slowest in the world. I have honestly never had a bartender who was so offended to be waiting on their customers It's hard to give more than three stars when the service is so so so grumpy. They need to fire this guy. read more

We had an unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in. The wait staff is rude (rolling eyes at my children), unattentive and incredibly slow. It took almost 20 minutes to place our order, 10 minutes to get a beer. We were not checked on but once, no sodas were ever refilled and we had to wait for 10 minutes while the food got cold to get an extra plate. They werent even busy and we had to flag our server down for anything we needed, the entire time we were there. To make matters worse, the food was nothing short of HORRIBLE. The cook obviously likes salt! I got the mussles, ate one and asked to order something else. My server didn't appear happy about that, but I told her that they were so salty that I couldn't taste anything else. My husband got the burger, asked for it medium well with no lettuce, no tomato and no pickle and it came well done (DRY) and with all the veggies on the bun. Food was good, beer was cold but the waitress was horrible. We had to flag her down every time we wanted something. She didn't come back to clear the table and was more worried about clearing an empty table than ours. When we walked in my wife noticed that many of the tables were dirty but still wanted to give it a shot. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone. Was there last night with a couple of friends. The bartender had absolutely no personality and no enthusiasm whatsoever. Wanted a simple beer like a Yuengling. He said that they were warm because they just refilled the cooler. Can't really call yourself a draft house if you don't know how to manage having cold beer when needed. Settled for a Land Shark. When the bartender took the money he had to go to the other side of the bar to get change. That took about 5 minutes. Next round was the same. Third round the bartender gave me a Land Shark that was totally warm. I made him give me something else that was cold. Overall I give this place a 0. Been there before and was never this bad but not being able to manage cold beer is very poor management. And get some staff that understand customer service. read more

Crappy service. Took my kids there on a slow Mon. night (only four tables occuppied). Waitresses ingnored us when we walked in. We sat ourselves and wailted over 5 mins while two waitresses sat in the hallway to the kitchen not doing anything. I took my kids across the street to Burger King, and the service there was much better. (I hate BK, but I hate this place even more!)
