Drinks were great (old fashioned made correctly with round ice) and what a selection of whiskey - excellent! They were able to put on the hockey game we were looking for and were welcome to change the channel unlike some other bars who are annoyed when you ask. THAT'S 10 stars alone... Morgan & Madison are a GREAT team as they are basically the same soul The ambiance: Rather quiet as there were not too many guests today for lunch at 3pm. My experience started out pretty annoying as the guy to my right was commenting on which one gained weight and asking them how much each lady weighed. I don't know which Bizzaroworld he came from, but thankfully he soon left before I finished my 1st drink. The one star decrease is due to the oversalting of food. I understand salt will entice some to drink, but my lunch was not edible due to all the sodium! It has been mentioned in the past, but maybe it is a Corporate thing to sell more drinks? I am so modern. Twin Peaks only offers a QR menu, which I used for the first time, unless you ask for a menu. I felt good about myself for being so modern and self-reliant. , and it We had a top-notch server. She hustled the whole time of our visit, never let our soft drinks run dry, and made sure our order was to our satisfaction. I ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken. It was a great interpretation of the Cobb salad was excellent. This location has opened relatively recently. I liked the modern vibe of the inside portion of the establishment. The air conditioner was set to freeze to death. If the weather was good, I would eat outside. The number of customers needed to be increased to keep the place open. I hope more people start coming to Twin Peaks. read more

To start off, hostess was rude, wouldn't look me in the eye but she seated my party of 3 (2 men and me a woman). The server, Tatum, came to the table and she didn't bother asking me for my order she just asked the men, one of which is my husband. Came back a couple of times and again, just asked my husband if he was OK. At this point she isn't even looking at the other man in my party, never asked him if he wanted another drink. We had to flag down another server to get him that drink. The place was dead so it wasn't an issue that 'oh they are busy so cut her some slack' no no, again the place was dead. I doubt that place will be there for much longer especially if that is how they treat female customers. You know, woman do have money and can be generous tippers when the service is good. My wife and I went to TP Naples for wings and a couple of cold beers on our way back home after dropping off family at RSW. We really like the wings there and the "outdoor" bar area (inside is kept really cool). On this visit the auto blinds/shades were pulled down which made the area more closed in. After we sat down at the bar, we noticed cigar smoke. We turned around and about 10 feet away is this guy having beers with friends smoking a cigar. I had no idea that smoking was permitted at TP as on other visits no one was smoking. I'm guessing the "outside" or not so outside area must be designated for smoking as the man puffed away while those around him tried to eat. I get having a good cigar at a cigar bar or on the golf course but I would never even think of lighting up in a restaurant, designated area or not. Our wings were great the beer was cold but the service was slow as there was only one bartender serving the bar and many surrounding tables. We can deal with the slow service as we understand staffing is always an issue in the hospitality industry but the cigar smoke was over the top. A couple who came in after us, sat at the bar for a few minutes and then left. It wasn't slow service that sent them away as the shift changed to two bartenders by then. I'm certain it was the cigar smoke directly behind them. Being in SWFL, we love to sit outside whenever possible but we will be more attentive to avoiding places that allow smoking anywhere on premise. read more

If you are into watching sports and drinking cold beer it's hard to find a better location. It's a large chain so the food offerings are pretty standard, but they do them well. If crop tops aren't your thing you might look elsewhere but the crowd is quite diverse with men and women and frankly in this day and age the servers attire doesn't even raise many eyebrows. read more

Me and one other gentleman sitting in one section of the bar. Asked if I could get a game on one of the TVs. Bar tender says no, they are all preprogrammed. Had to pay $4.00 for an iced tea and take up a four-top table to watch the game. Been to Twin Peaks in San Antonio, Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio, and Naples, Fl is the first one I've found with this policy, if the request is reasonable. BTW, for some reason the Giants/Eagles are on several TVs in every section. read more

Wonderful Twin Peaks at Coastland Mall. Great service. Had the knotty red and knotty brunette beers and they were fantastic. They were on happy hour special. Had the mozzarella bites and avocado swiss burger as a beyond burger and it was great. It could have used more avocado smash, but was still great. Mozzarella bites were the best, hand breaded and fried. The fries which came with burger were spicy. Great environment, great service. They were missing menus and wanted you to use qr code. Best sports bar around on all levels. The servers are the absolute best. The management of the restaurant is extremely professional and customer oriented. I love bar food and the food is second to none. Twin Peaks-Coastland Mall Service from ladies at the bar sucked. We were never addressed after sitting unlike a couple who sat 20 minutes after us. Then finally we were asked what we would like to drink. Our beers were served with 3 day old slices of orange . Ladies don't know how to interact with folks sitting at the bar and be personable. They have no personalities. Not sure if they know how to smile. Then the ladies would stand around and talk like they were all still in middle school. I completely understand how this place can get three stars. The food is actually very delicious. It's the customer service that sucks! There is no reason it should take over an hour plus for any type of food in an established eatery. Issa lacked follow up and communication in regards to our food status and wait times. Kish was the lifesaver when it came to us receiving our food. Our party had to literally beg Issa for our bill multiple times. I literally heard her tell someone in our party when they asked for her bill. Do you want your bill? I can give it to you if you want it. Obviously we want the bills. We wanna close out our tab unless you want our meal to be on the house. I was so disappointed and disgusted at our experience last night. Cute concepts for a bar, however this location sucked. The manager with the visible tracks and facial blemishes was extremely rude and unprofessional tonight. We were waitlisted for a table, notified it was ready and taken to one. She then came over, walked through and past three men in our party to come directly to me and my friend who are both women and started clapping and yelling at us. She was very aggressive and seemed like she wanted to fight honestly. It was truly unprofessional. She was yelling at us that there is a waitlist for tables and this one is reserved for that. We told her yes we know and that we were brought to it because we were the ones waitlisted. She should've known this because she walked past us and saw us multiple times in the 30 minutes we were waiting for a table. She wasn't listening to us however and just kept yelling, wouldn't look us in the eyes and was resting on top the table to block people from sitting. She said "you can go now!" And would not listen. After about two minutes she finally understood us and made the person in our party with the reservation go back up front to confirm againnnn that we had the reservation to be at that table. She never apologized and was rude to the waitress as well. She needs to be retrained because she is giving customers a vibe that she wants to fight. Disgusting behavior. Today we took a half day so we came in for lunch. I cannot even believe how good the mom's pot roast is! I'm typically not a meat and potatoes girl but, they don't have a whole lot on the menu that really pertains to mine tastebuds. This dish is omnes amazing! Been there twice now, service is either "ok" or NON-existent depending on your server. Alot of the forced smile and fake overly friendly "hey honey" from some staff. Its funny to listen to many of them scuffing their feet on the floor dragging the oversized and ill fitting artic tundra boots they have to wear. Its even goofier because its south FL. Waiting 20+ mins just to order lunch doesn't work. $21 for a dozen mediocre wings, NOPE. Hooters wings and sauces are better and there are many local places with much better wings than Hooters . Plus, by the time our wings got to the table they had been sitting some where long enough to be considered cold. Plus they showed up with fresh hot fries that had not been ordered. Burger was good but overcooked, by a lot, but sauce covered for it. In all the place is very, very loud and has like 50+ TV's all tuned to 3 maybe 4 Different things. All of which seemed standard network broadcasting. Speakers playing loud yet indicernable music. The weirdest thing is on our most recent visit there, a manger sat at the table next to us with a prospective new employee for an interview/onboarding. It was a little creepy listening to his corporate spiel to this girl. He didn't say anything inappropriate but it was still borderline creepy the way he went about it. For what it is, its expensive, very noisy, Russian roulette for service, and the food is mediocre at absolute best. Current crowd seems to be a big mix but heavy on that really douchey contractor that you don't want to work for or fired from your job and also a whiff of Florida ghetto. You are a sports bar right? On football Sunday, you need to have all the games on all of the TVs. When games switched from the 1 o'clock to 4:25 games, only 1 game was on. We asked the bartenders who seemed oblivious several times to put the games on. Finally we spotted the manager and he took care of it. 3-4 bartenders behind the small "outdoor" bar and they all were nonattentive, had to be flagged down for a beer refill. We had been to the Fort Myers Twin Peaks location earlier in the week and were impressed. They were three times as busy and service was spot on. Naples location needs improvement. read more

Appetizers are terrible. Food was terrible. Not even the service the cooks in the kitchen suck.

Such a depressing place. The lighting is weird, so low level and icky yellow. then if you sit by the outdoor space bar, you feel like the trucks, and cars zooming by are going to run you over is loud. The bar tender could not make a cosmo, it was pure acid. Did not wipe the bar counter. My husband went and brought paper towels from bathroom and wiped the bar down. The pinot Grigio is about the cheapest they can get. The bar tender was busy chatting up and flirting with a bunch of drunk dudes smoking big old cigars with gold chains acting like they were rollers. ‍ the food was pretty horrid. I ordered fish it was dry. my husband steak was super tough. it is basically a sausage party in this place. the grandpa at the corner of the bar ogling the girls made it feel like a cheap strip club. too many other restaurants in Naples. won't ever be going back. read more

Absolutely horrible service today. Couldn't comment on the food - we never got any. Waited 45 minutes for appetizers but never arrived. Server didn't even notice our food never came. Her excuse that it was her 2nd day. Her trainer was too busy at the table behind us. She was table side at that table for the entire time we were there. After requesting our check from yet another server we were given a different tables check. I asked for our check and the fries that were never delivered still on the check. They removed the fries. The other server who gave us our incorrect check tried to save our visit by offering a "free whatever" for our next visit and a manager visit as we were walking out. I can deal with bad service or even a busy restaurants what is horrible is the incompetence and lack of customer service. read more

When in today to watch the foot game and the server said she was going to get the game on there . We came in 45 mins before the game even started because we were going there in a group and then the server came back to the table to say it will take a few minutes because the manager is changing a lot of TVs at ones and he going to do just give it time, then 20 minutes late she can back to the table and told us she can't put that game up because the manger overrides what game that's was going to play there because a different customer came up to him and asked him himself to put his game on so we walked out. But before we got up and left We called the manager over and he said there wasn't no more TVs available that he can change and we were thinking to ourselves there is one game on that's playing on 6 TVs why not he was like say the tv was already asked for. We would come there all the time and now we are going to bring our business somewhere else and our group we were going to make that our game place every game not anymore. Even the service agree that we were there way before anyone else asking and we have every right to be upset to not to be able to watch one game when there are so many tv. My 12 year old pet hamster died. Just left divorce court. I wanted to cheer myself up and remembered happy hour just started. So I head down to my local Twin Peaks. Sat at the bar and was greeted by a beautiful smile by the name of Jeannene. She was nothing short of spectacular the way she served my dirty blonde was unforgettable.
