do not use this place, they are not good people. charged me for engine mounts after an oil change…read more 6 months later i drop off for an oil change, i leave and all my headlights and blinkers dont work. they refused any blame and didnt take any accountability. on top of that they tried to sell me engine mounts again for another 2300 dollars. i told him you already charged me for that last time, he says they are shot and i dont see it in the system??? what? 2 oil changes, 1st one cost 2300 for work that either wasnt done or was done terribly. 2nd oil change(200 dollars mind you) destroyed my whole electrical system and than played dumb. i also asked what happened to his prior workers who sold me the engine mount. he said they got fired for stealing 12 grand from him. seems like a theme at this place, just screwing people over left and right and not doing the right thing ever. take your car anywhere else. their prices are outrageous, their work is horrific and they lie/have 0 accountability. UPDATE: to respond to the comment below. I would never let this place touch my car ever again. the engine mounts they put in the car 6 months ago are dead already, how is that possible? he refuses to refund after trying to resell me new mounts again. much better places locally.

Stay away from this shop if you value your time and money…read more I dropped off my 2017 Audi Q7 after hours and left a written note clearly stating that the steering rack had failed after a storm. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.

Even more than that, I had a strange issue with a spare tire I had that was mounted on an aftermarket rim, and he was more than patient at explaining to me the specific lug nuts I needed to get. I was more than ready to buy a different rim, or a replacement donut, but he spent extra time just to save me money. Pretty much a perfect tire shop. Tire was not holding air because it was mounted incorrectly. They jacked my car up outside. I stopped at another tire shop on the way home and they fixed it has when I called. They said they would not do anything to help me and left me stranded on the side of the road. A few days later, I go to add windshield wiper fluid to my car my hood has no handle to open it anymore and it's sitting in my door. Whoever did my oil change here broke it off and threw it My car was 100% intact when I dropped it off here Avoid this company at all cost.
