Yet you are apart of their family and feel extremely comfortable. I say no by Appointment Only even though I have a standing weekly appointment. Reason being is because if I have a headache from a strain in my neck they always say just come on in during our business hours. Dr. Just was prompt, pleasant and professional. He thoroughly assessed my needs and concerns. He explained the likely cause of my pain, offering to initiate some in-office stretches and maneuvers which provided noticeable relief. He demonstrated additional stretches I could do outside of the office. He also offered to email the stretching instructions as well as a link to an app which further explained and demonstrated these stretches. The clinic was conveniently located and easy to access. I was charged $37 that day to my knowledge when in fact was actually charged $112 the same day. This was on my statement but not disclosed to me. When I inquired I was told that this was due to a "special adjustment". Really? wow... Now that is shady, right? Here's the incredible part: I sought out this type of treatment that was recommended (by a doctor) to help alleviate chronic dizziness and fatigue. After (3) treatments I was in excruciating pain with weakness in my hand and numbness in my fingers. I was told to "hang in there" as it was the body adjusting. I cut a trip short to get to an urgent care for pain relief and began the investigation. It was a pinched nerve in my neck. Here's what it took for correction: Multiple exams, x-rays, MRI, physical therapy and a neck injection. 20% of this cost was out of my pocket. When I asked for a refund of my up front payment for their treatment plan of $1,000 it took them almost 2 months and multiple phone calls and emails to finally give this back. This is when I saw the $112 charge on my statement. It is amazing to me that under the circumstances that a provider would not simply refund a customer's money for unused services and avoid negative reviews. I held back for months to give them an opportunity to make this right and they continued to refuse to be ethical in favor of keeping $75. Simply amazing. This is a very dishonest practice.

Chris was thorough and explained the entire process along the way. He came up with a stretching regiment to target the problem area(s). With in a few weeks, the pain was completely relieved and I was left with exercises to continue to help my flexibility. Unlike some doctors or medical professionals who insist you continue to see them on an ongoing basis, I was given frequent appointments when needed, and treatments ended once they were no longer needed, but not without an open offer of support should I need any additional advice or further treatments.
