Unfortunately, my warranty wouldn't cover the issue, as it appears the problem existed before my contract began. Very timely and efficient company. They came out right away and gave me a quote to replace a tankless water heater. Their quote was the best. We discussed several options and were not pressured in any way to choose one brand over another. While on site before the install, they noticed a leak and took care of it on the spot.
