Unfortunately, my warranty wouldn't cover the issue, as it appears the problem existed before my contract began. A close colleague recommended Jeremy, noting his high-quality service at a reasonable price. When I reached out, Jeremy responded promptly and was able to schedule the replacement as soon as possible, ensuring my kids had access to hot water again quickly. I observed Jeremy and his team during the installation; they were extremely careful to avoid any scratches or damage to my home's surfaces. Very timely and efficient company. They came out right away and gave me a quote to replace a tankless water heater. Their quote was the best. We discussed several options and were not pressured in any way to choose one brand over another. While on site before the install, they noticed a leak and took care of it on the spot.
