If you finance and basically purchase the car and it says soul is it yours and when do you get to pick up the keys or get it delivered?

Hi Mike, I'm not sure what you mean by "soul" but if I was to guess what you're asking generally speaking you get to take the vehicle when we have an approval from the finance… Read more

Great service department!…read more I came here for service with my Chevy truck after a coworker recommended... and both times so far this shop went well above and beyond my expectations. This is a dramatic improvement in my service experience at other Chevy dealers.

Spoiler alert, it's just a money grab by the dealership and adds little to no value. Now on to our issue, which to be clear is only about the management and complete lack of customer service they provide. We did look over our car and test drove it, but being this was a brand new car we did not inspect every inch with a fine tooth comb, which apparently was a mistake at Foundation because they did not do a thorough enough inspection upon delivery of the car to catch the defect we later found when the sunlight hit the car just right two weeks after buying. We found a defect in the paint which, if it was just cosmetic, we could probably deal with but the way the paint is bubbled water could get in there and cause rust so it needs to be fixed. Foundation is about an hour away, so it took us some time to get our car there, but we did text our salesman as soon as we found it, but in the meantime, we've taken our car to another Chevy dealer and an independent auto body shop and the consensus of both is that there are NO brushstrokes visible, and the paint job is too perfect so it had to have been sprayed , yet there is no evidence of tape lines so the only conclusion is the defect happened at the plant before it was painted. When we take it back to Foundation to have the warranty work done their manager claims to see brushstrokes. Now why he would falsely claim this to deny a customer warranty work on a car they sold with a defect is a question I would like answered. He provided zero level of customer Service. He should've been advocating for us to get the warranty work instead of just writing it off , but instead he said that we would have to be out of pocket to have that defect fixed. This speaks volumes about the lack of integrity, honesty, and 0% commitment to any customer satisfaction the management at Foundation Chevrolet have. We will also be filing a complaint with better business bureau

This place is a joke at all levels and Manager Will Routon is just as shady. All he does is lie and gaslight you by saying your feedback never happened. All of this below indeed happened and was at the hand of foundation Kia 1 See screen shot of my diagnostic. I took my car in due to it not accelerating. I wanted my car to get worked on their. They took my vehicle and held it for 5 days! When I came onsite, I was told that I needed to take my car to a Kia dealership and was told that my motor was under warranty (Will Routon stop your lying, this indeed happened). I paid 250$ for my diagnostic that literally had no information on it outside of the info I provided when I dropped off the vehicle (sputtering and losing power) Doesn't state what's the cause, what needs to be replaced...NOTHING. the diagnostic was so useless I took it to planet Hyundai and they literally said they couldn't do anything with it. Will, the screen shot is there 2 2 months after purchasing the vehicle it gets damaged while being broken into. I call foundation Kia to get it repaired. The rep OVER THE PHONE said I needed to pay a 900$ forensic fee before they could even look at it. Will Routon responded to one of my reviews and said this was never a foundation Kia policy but a requirement from the police. This Will, is a flat out lie as I spoke to an officer who said this was never a requirement and during the time of the break in, since foundation Kia was trying to SCAM me, I spoke to other mechanics for a quote and not one time did this forensic fee ever come up. Will Routon is a scam artist that needs to be investigated and fired. The whole company needs to be investigated

If you have any experience with shady, pushy, unethical car salesmen, then you'll understand that…read moreGeorge and Eric are the complete opposite. While looking for a car, I met many of the first type and only a few like George and Eric. The first thing you notice about the lot is the size and age. They are a small business and probably work on a small margin. The majority of their cars probably come from auction which is norm. All of the issues I noticed with the car I bought were discussed with George and Eric. After negotiating, I feel that I got a good deal which included having the timing belt done by them at cost in the future. Remember there is no guarantee unless you have it in writing and a car fax only tells a small chapter of the cars story. I've had big dealerships sell me bad cars, and talked out their rear with their promises, and then would not return my call the next day. Right after buying my car from Eric, me being me, noticed a large pool of fluid under my car when I arrived home. I immediately called George. It was a hot day and George told me to check the fluid to see if it was water from the AC running. He waited while I did this and it was water . He did not have to take my call or talk to me. This shows good integrity to me. If you are shopping for a used car you will not find a high pressure salesman here. Only a family man trying to run his business. Happy shopping everyone!

A week ago today the head gasket blew again...I'm a mechanic so I pulled the vehicle apart and found the heads had not been machined and were instead wire brushed (huge no-no). I also found the rear spark plugs (while annoying to replace) looked like they haven't been touched since the car rolled off the line. The electrode was completely gone despite the front plugs being in decent condition. I suspect they replaced the fronts because they are much easier and called it good. Overall poor work done on the vehicle and had I known that "head gaskets just replaced" meant we did nothing but replace the gaskets, I wouldn't have bought the car. Save your future self a headache (and maybe a new car) and don't buy from Primera.

I bought a Kia Niro EV vehicle and have never been so pissed off with the service or "customer support" (which should read NO customer support). The app is of no help. I set the app to charge my vehicle to 80% and every night it changes to only charge to 50%. So I can't drive everywhere I need to. I have had problems with the 12 volt battery and had to pay the dealership $500 to replace the battery only to have it die again in less than 6 months. I normally would have changed it myself but I had to tow the vehicle to the dealership b/c I couldn't get a jump start. So I had to have it towed twice. No acknowledgement or reimbursement on a battery that was under warranty. Kia sucks. Do not go with this company. I now have a EV vehicle that I can't charge for more than 130 miles when it states you can get over 250 miles per charge. I was told to update the navigation system (which I don't see what has to do with the charge but I attempted to do it) and when I had to do the update on my own with no support from the "NO support center" I had to fork over another $30 for a memory stick which could not be accepted or read by the vehicle. So now I am told to buy a different memory stick that costs $50 to see if that works. How much money are they thinking I have to fix all the issues that Kia EV vehicles have. Hell I bought a Kia b/c they are cheaper and now I see why. Don't do what I did and buy a KIA, they won't help, they will ask for more money and then expect you to fix their problems. I bought a new car to avoid issues and this has only been the worst decision in my life. Learn from my mistakes and don't trust "they are a better company than 4 years ago". They still suck, they won't help and they will be costing you money while you have your car. Kia Sucks

This was my first new car purchase ever and I was sort of dreading it. I am out-of-state and was in search for a Telluride, which was impossible to find in Phoenix without a $15K increase in MSRP. I searched around a bit and came across this dealership. I am so glad that I decided to go with them. Right from the get go the sales person, George, I was speaking to was so friendly and helpful, answered all of my emails, texted back and forth answering countless questions, and really took the time to make sure I was getting the car and build I wanted. He was so knowledgeable on the car and even texted the next day to make sure everything was running great and see how we liked the car after our 15 hour drive home that day. They were able to do a new build for me for MSRP. I was elated because nowhere in Arizona would let me do a new build! I couldn't understand why, but thankfully they didn't because I found these guys. They saved me soooo much money and were very professional with everything. I was worried the car would get sold or they would try to add on fees/packages that I didn't want once I came to pick it up and then I'd be stuck, but they didn't!!! Everything went smoothly and was exactly as we had discussed and agreed upon. The general manager even came in to say hi and how much he appreciated our business. Even the finance manager didn't try to oversell on an extended warranty. He gave me the option of course, but didn't press the subject when I said no. Very nice, clean dealership. I didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics at all. I will definitely be recommending them to friends/family if they're ever looking to buy a Kia!!
