The staff does a great job keeping the store neat and tidy and they have plenty of cashiers on the floor to keep the line smoothly quickly. They currently have an awesome 50% off sale on most clothes so I was able to pick up a few really fun graphic t-shirts for a great price. They even had some pretty nifty recycled goods that caught my eye, as they were only $5 and were made with Ocean Bound Plastic (plastic collected from coastline communities with no recycling in place). I picked up a modular lunch box and also some reusable cutlery that will surely come in handy when canoeing or camping. Also if you're in need for flip flops for the beach or July 4th, they have a ton of different styles for only $5 a pair as well!

Had a pair that lasted for a couple years until a tragic accident damage them. Came back to get new ones. The style has been upgraded. They look like a marriage of between Stan Smith's and Airforce One's but to me they are more versatile. They are easy to walk in, true to size and requires little braking in. I style up with fancy dresses, tailored suits, cropped pants and blazer for work or shorts. They're just good at polishing a look. My daughter got hers with black and I stayed neutral. They come with an additional pair of laces with a tiny amount of glitter. I'll probably never use them because I'm not that girl but I'm sure someone just loves that. Get them either way! While you're there carouse they bags for quality leather goods that only gets better with time and grow into the perfect vintage feel, grab some jewelry, quality denim. And oh, if you trade in your old jeans- you'll get $20 towards a new pair. This keeps clothing out of landfills and you'll feel good being a part of it.

This boutique showcases and sells the entire line so they may only have a couple pieces per size of many items. Sale racks are jammed and messy but I have found a couple gems in them. There's always a lot on sale/clearance as they constantly bring in new styles. There's five private try on rooms along with a fairly comfortable open area with mirror to try jackets etc. Wait for service can be long. Usually only two, sometimes three, saleswomen on hand. They do try to give very attentive personal service, but the difficulty is when the store is crowded and each one is wrapped up with personally attending one customer, the rest of us kind of wander around feeling unimportant. Sometimes you don't even get a "Welcome to Chico's" when you walk in. In my first few visits I was under the impression you had to wait for one of the staff to officially assign you a try on room, but later on I would just hop right into an open one if I needed to without asking anyone's permission. They tend to be on the slow side at checkout time too. Let's face it, many of the customers in here do not have their eye on the clock to make sure they get back to work on time; in fact they probably don't even have the concept of what a lunch hour means. The younger girl who works there is pretty helpful and is better at multi-tasking (multi-customering?) than the rest of the crew. You can also return things here that were bought online. Since then, I've ordered suits, shorts, sweaters, dress shirts, chinos, etc. It's become my favorite brand to shop for casual/dress clothes. The quality of the clothes is a step up from J.Crew and Banana Republic - which is where I had been shopping previously. More importantly, the clothes fit better given the 3-4 different "fits" the company has for most clothing items. What separates this store and Bonobos apart is their service. Great with price adjustments, returns, speed of delivery, etc. I've worked with Austin a number of times, and he's been my go-to whenever I see an item online - he's able to sometimes offer guide-shop exclusive discounts. Every time I come in the store, he's a personal stylist - offering ways to mix and match items with other colors. Definitely a good resource.
