Went to their location in Roosevelt Field Mall. First of all when i went i. they are were extremely rude towards me like I was bothering them by being in the store. Then I explained I was looking for a pair of black cat 4s in a size 11.5 they told me they only had one pair left which was the display. Then they charged me close to $800 i didn't haggle or try to barter I paid and left. Then the next day when I have them to my man we opened the box there were 2 left shoes ! I was pissed bc 1. clearly there wasn't one pair left if you have 2 left shoes in that side then when I called on the phone they were so rude towards me we started arguing. I told them I was mad bc the location was far and I paid a lot of money and this is mad irresponsible how do you give someone 2 left shoes. That means you're just not paying attention. They continued to be disrespectful toward me over the phone and i said ok whatever i'll see y'all when i get to the store. I get to the store im not arguing with anyone I told them who I was and said I just wanted the other shoe. What they didn't know was that my man had come in with me. So they continued to disrespect and then refused to give me the other shoe and told me they were just going to refund and not to come back in their store. I said fine and continued w the transaction then while im at the counter the manager comes over and starts antagonizing me saying I was talking all that shit over the phone but i don't have the same energy over the phone. I told him I wasn't arguing w y'all over the phone im obviously pissed bc i wasted mad time and money w this transaction n yall fucked it up and didn't even apologize or do anything to right the situation. That shit was so unprofessional even if we did argue over the phone if i come into the store and im not arguing with you or causing a scene why are you going to start one with a customer. Even the guy at the register wasn't being rude towards me he literally just walked over with another guy idek if he worked there and said "what happened to all that shit from the phone you not so tough in person" like who says that but i guess it's ok for a men to try to intimidate you in person when they think it's just you alone. Legit didn't threaten them over the phone or anything I might've had some attitude in my tone over the phone understandably but at no point did i call anyone out of their name , curse , or threaten them. Walked in and immediately 2 workers were laying on couch scrolling through phone. Went to counter and took a few mins for someone to talk to me. Workers are rude. I came to sell some items and were having side chats during negotiation and said I was crazy for offering 500 for used off whites dunks Univeristy red then said most I'll give you is 150. I asked if they can do more and said "hell NO they're cooked". I would have been fine if they declined but their attitude was a turn off. How do they get business ? Lol goodluck read more

terrible way they negotiate, they start with 400 dollars for a shoe that goes for 280!! if you purchase from them you will be ripped off 100%. dont get me started with the fact that if you try to sell something here they will offer you a lot less then what you paid be careful!! read more

Pretty horrible place. I went to a store location in Garden City NY that wasnt any better. They basically give you dirt cheap prices on deadstock items then proceed to hike up the prices by about 50-75-100% of the items actual worth. Crazy cause I saw a tee shirt I sold them (they offered me $40 by "being generous") resold for almost twice the price the next day. Insane. I also went in to grab a shirt that ended up not fitting, and when I came back to see if I can just swap it out for something that WILL actually fit at around the same price, at first the man on the phone said sure no problem, then when I was greeted at the register I was told no no way and basically treated as if I was insane to think I would get that exchanged (note: I was told completely otherwise over the phone) Even the workers are lazy and tend to stick to themselves, barely even offering any assistance to the customers, cursing and hanging around as if they dont have a job to do. All in all I'm pretty disatisfied with the customer service, the product, and I would recommend any other potential customers to take their business elsewhere - even stockX has better prices than Clientele. Oh and also, 90% of the staff doesnt even wear masks in the middle of a pandemic. Real smart. read more

I'm absolutely appalled at this new business that just opened in the Staten Island mall. How they take advantage of young kids with the prices they offer for items worth well over and they turnaround and make 3xs the amount off them. Was also upset to hear that they took 4 pairs of sneakers off a special needs kid 1 pair alone worth well over the entire amount they gave for all 4 pairs. The parent called them in the time frame that the transaction happened and repeated 4xs the type of shoes sold to them and that it was done by a kid with special needs. Never once did they lead the parent to believe that the shoes were "sold". The parent assured them they would be there within a few minutes to return their money and take the shoes. Took them 4 mins and then was told 1 of the shoes already sold. Wouldn't even show proof of sale for a very new exclusive item. Told the parent they "didn't have to show proof they were sold" Told the parent they r getting upset with the wrong person that they should be upset with the kid with special needs. This place is amazing. They have every shoe you can possibly think of. The Staff is very educated, polite and super helpful. If your looking for a fresh street wear outfit, I would 100% recommend this place. They definitely deserve 5 stars read more
