I found my dream dress, but it had stains on the shoulder. I ask for a possible discount and I was told no but I can tell you how to get that stain out. Are you kidding me? I had to dig through so many racks, that weren't even my size to find this dress and this is the response that I get. The service at checkout also horrendous. I walk up to the cashier. She says absolutely nothing I pay and she just folds up the garment and puts it in front of me with the receipt on top. I had to ask for a bag and she rolled her eyes and charged me the five cents for the back put the garment in the bag and just gave it to me no thank you nothing. Now there are two near me and I had to check it out. First as a VIP member I had to return a pair of shoes within 90 days of purchase. This was my first time after many purchases and it was no hassle at all!!! I expected some hassle but the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I like the store ... clean and great layout. A chance to feel clothes I've heard so much about ... I wear orthotic as a preventative to injury and they have a new custom made quickie orthotic that is price competitive to my off the shelf (dr schols at cvs) inserts. Gonna check it out. When we got there it was understaffed and there was over an hour wait to be fitted and try on shoes. I get that it's first come first serve but if that's the case please tell the customer calling in advance that you are short staffed and there may be more of a wait. Will not be buying running shoes from here again. Esp given the price point and encouragement toward membership this isn't great. Also heard the manager saying to an employee saying they were backed up. Apparently the calls go to a call center. That would have been good to know in advance.
