The first company spent about thirty minutes at my house before sending me a very expensive quote for a basic system (as well as a service charge for having looked at my heat pump). Brad with RSP spent hours at my house (including in the attic and crawlspace) measuring and running calculations to make sure he got us the right size system, as well as identifying a few easily fixable issues. When it was time for the quote I already knew I would rather go with RSP just for the service alone, but then the quote ended up being significantly less for a better system than the first company offered me. Easy choice. Dave, Miguel, and Jonah also did a fantastic job with the install of the new system. Everything is still working great and we definitely recommend RSP. I'm glad to know they are the place I'll call any time I need service in the future.

It's my go-to company from here out. The people who answered the phone were quick and friendly. When one of them needed to make a call to check on scheduling and said she'd call me right back, which always makes my heart sink, she actually did! They got someone to my house on the urgent furnace thing the day I called, and the non-emergency plumbing problem first thing the next morning, with no fuss or difficulty. Both technicians knew their stuff, were quick with the work and efficient with the billing, helpful in explaining things and friendly about my questions. I found the pricing very reasonable. The plumbing problem took two tries, and they didn't bill me for the second visit, only for the parts, which I thought very professional. I was so impressed that I signed up for their annual maintenance agreement, which includes biannual checks on the furnace and AC and a lower visit fee. You can tell there's high morale in the company, which is rare these days and of course makes a huge difference in how well a company works and gains customers. Apparently it was bought recently by a young couple who have high aspirations for building it into a larger business. From my short experience, they're making a great start.
