The store is always clean and stocked with local merchandise that would please any picky buyers. The owners are proud and available to assist and thank patrons for their business. We only leave a couple of blocks from the store so it's always a plus to have it close when gift giving or have quick access to local goods. I would recommend to sign up for the rewards points as you can redeem some during the holiday season. We love the shops on Fatherland, but this is hands down the best spot on the block.

I especially loved all the tomato-themed gifts. I just found out that the tomato is Tennessee's state fruit, then kept overhearing people talk about the annual Tomato Festival every August! Yes, I will need to see that one of these years! It was tough, but we finally decided on some souvenirs -- keychains, pens and hairclips -- to bring back to Cali. Super-friendly and helpful people. Reasonable prices. Easy street parking.

To my credit, people are very poor at explaining it. To use another idiom, it's more or less the same thing as "Beggars can't be choosers". If you get 'ish for free, you have no right to bitch and moan about its quality. Anyway, the items in this shop are not free, but they are very much gift-worthy. I've been here several times over the last 5 years and only recently had an odd experience. I love the variety of products in the store and was pleased to see that they had been moved to a larger space inside of the Factory at Franklin! When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Anyways, usually have a good experience but they are going through change and im assuming they are experiencing some bumps here and there... Either way I will be back and love this little shop dearly.

The purpose of my visit was to get some items for my infant son. Unfortunately, their selection for infant items are limited, but where they lack in infant toys they make up for every other age demographic. One of the special things I liked about the toy store was the train. It was Halloween themed, and by my understanding, they change the theme as it goes with the seasons or holidays. Either way, my son was mesmerized by watching it go around the track. I know several adults who enjoy building train sets, and this is a place where one can find all that they need for that investment. The store does have books, dolls, and a ton of other items for just about any need one could think of. I feel when our son gets older, this place will be more frequented by us. Also, for what it is worth, pricing is compatible to what you would get from big box retailors or Amazon. Buy local!!
