I like custom work so when it was time to order my daughter a letterman jacket no question About it…read moreI wanted custom and quality. Everything was just a Wow! As soon as order was put in, quickly contacted for an appointment to go over my order, then another for sizes then a 3rd for placement. I almost ordered the wrong shade of green not only for the jacket but for 6 patches, a name plate and custom back art the first woman helping me caught it by pulling up school to have reference on what I was aiming for to make sure we were happy. She saved me from a HUGE OPPS. customer service 10/10 from allllll the employees I've come into contact with. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I walked away from an original order that was ok... not so sure how to order what I was wanting but this is alright. To omg this is better than I could've imagined. How I'm so excited to be able to hand my daughter such a beautiful jacket is just filling my heart with so much joy. There was a hiccup and it is delaying the jacket about 3 more weeks. However most of her patches were done and they sent pictures to just show me what they had gotten done and let's just say so worth the wait. I am for a fact going to be bragging about this company for years to come, in hopes to send more business there way. I'm just in awww even with the little bit more of a wait and even though I am not a very patient person. I know this jacket is going to be so worth the wait, every dollar spent and for that I will be forever grateful. What a beautiful experience. The picture is the few patches done as of earlier this week. If you're looking for a letterman you will love or even just patches look no further.

This incredible local business is honestly so underrated!!! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Theresa and her husband are absolutely amazing at what they do. Two days ago we came in with a picture for a wedding, and Theresa nailed the color match 100% on the first try. I'm quite picky, so I was incredibly impressed when she measured my husband and was spot on with the size immediately. She is prompt and efficient, such a doll! It's such a relief knowing we'll have everything on time and perfectly altered. I was so happy with the experience that I actually went back in to pick up something for my son before we even left the parking lot! We've purchased suits here for our boys in the past including one for my oldest son's graduation, and the fit has always been perfect. What I love most is that they aren't pushy, they are just there to help whenever you need them and are so patient with any indecisiveness. Thanks again to Jerscheid's for the amazing help BTW, my son is in the middle of the pic
