Everyone loved our cake and there was none left! Gwen is a true master in this area and understands what it takes to create a delicious and beautiful cake. She was so fun to work with and answered all of our questions and was kind enough to let us borrow her cake platter/base. Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner.
