Now, they just started charging .50 cents more if you use a credit card (That's bogus not to mention not permissible by the credit card companies, just like you can't except cc and say there is a minimum amount) Negatives are if it's really busy after a snow, they won't do the inside of the car, they want to rush as many cars through as possible and if it's really cold out, they give it a quickie, I guess the guys working there want to get back inside where it's warm. All in all I'd give a 2+ or 3- but that's not how Yelp goes.

He was no help. He didn't understand me. I went through AGAIN and same result. The attendant blamed it on the car. I said "It's full of soap!!"

It turned out after reviewing the camera footage that my keys were accidentally given to another customer who was no longer at the location. I received an apology but after spending $100 for an oil change, I would have liked to have been given either a free oil change or a voucher to have my car detailed.
