This is a horrible retailer. I've been a customer since 2007. My bed needed updating and I gave up during Covid because they were remodeling their beds and no parts yet. For a whole host of reasons, ( i was enticed to trust them again), I re met this team at the store and bought new pieces to update the bed: gossipy, lying, incomplete paperwork, canceling me as a customer who requested a solution THEY don't like...Go find another bed. Came here looking to buy a mattress to replace a tempurpedic that I don't like. The sales woman didn't know anything about the model I asked about because it was "too new." Somehow I knew about her products than she did. When asked about the adjustable mattress system, I was told I couldn't customize without buying extra cassettes, but they don't recommend doing that (what is the point of an adjustable system then?). I walked out in frustration because I shouldn't have to pay an additional $700 for a firmer bed when dropping $8200 already. Called the South Coast Plaza store and they allow you to customize the cassettes at now extra charge. Avoid this store. read more

I purchased Duxiana approximately over 10 years ago. The bed cost me $10,000 and came with a 25 year warranty that was useless. I called New York headquarters and spoke to Ed Curry, who promised to call me back after several request and never did. We bought a Dux bed in 2010, and what can I say: Best luxury purchase ever! I cannot speak for other people's sleep preferences but for us it is a treat to sleep in our bed, it has been great. It is expensive, no doubt, and it is a luxury to spend this much on a bed, but I do fully recommend this product. And service in this store (11 years ago) was very good. read more

I purchased the Duxiana bed and frame several years back. With this $10,000+ palurchase, came a $25 warranty that was useless. The company was called within one month from delivery to discuss sagging in the middle. Chris, owners son-in law came out and stated, "both himself and his wife had similar issue, solved by exchanging for king mattress" I politely requested to fix or exchange, and neither happened. Finally took the owner to court at which time was talked into purchasing a mattress pad for a discount to resolve the issue. Apparently not, or i would not post this. Again, reached out to the Vice President of the company in New York, Ed Currie. After repeated promises to assist me and no return calls, realized this company only cares about your $ not their customers. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for a good mattress. This is about the worst mattress ever purchased aside from their rude customer service. read more

My husband and I were thorough in our research and in our shopping for a new mattress...and we are thrilled that we selected Dux. The patient and knowledgeable professionals at this Dux location helped us select the "building blocks" for our new bed and assisted us with the headboard, skirt, linens, and pad as well. We have enjoyed a delicious night's sleep ever since...and the bed looks beautiful!! Oh..and another thing...the Dux travel pillow is the "best-kept-secret" gift! Buyer beware. I bought this gorgeous custom made bed with fabulous adjustable headboards in the color and material of my choice. I had nice time at the store and I was expecting the best sleep of my life for the 11k that it cost. The only problem was that my lower back, hips and knee hurt every single morning. I didn't link the pain to my new bed at first. I thought it was a combination of my job and my age. I started to get suspicious when I would go on vacations, you see, by the end of the week my aches and pains would away. I had my full range of mobility back. I know it's not my job because a lot of times I work on vacation taking more clients than usual in one day and I don't have the comfort of being in my salon. I called the store to let them know my issues and concerns and wondered if I had any options. They told me that it can't be the bed and that I can't return bed, even though it was still under warranty at the time. They sent the men who delivered and set up my bed to make sure that I had it properly adjusted. It was all good. There is a lever that can adjust the firmness , but it doesn't seem to help me. I am on a mission to try to firm it up with a Serta mattress and some plywood. I regret buying this bed and it's my fault. read more

Hello, I just called Duxiana in Beverly Hills Ca. I was calling to speak to a manager to complement the service that an associate 3 weeks ago had giving to my wife and I. When I caled I said....Hello my name is Mark and may I please speak to a manager? Wthout identifying her position she says how may I help you? I then said I am looking to speak to a manage please. She said the how may I help you.....I then asked, are you the manager? With a very rude and loud voice whe said YES! YOU ARE CALLING A BUSINESS!! I then said "WOA" Thank you and have a nice day". Then I released the call. Its sad to see how her rudess has just left a bad taste in my mouth and I only had spoken to her for about seconds but the associate spent about 2 hours with My wife and I and had giving us amazing service. My wife and I had just bought a mattress from there and it is an amazing mattress. We were looking for another for our guess room but thanks to her very poor and rudness we will take our business elsewhere. My ratings are...... 1. Company 8 2. Staff: 4 without manager 10 3. I've had my bed over 20 years and my kids have had theirs since they moved out of their cribs (about 15 years). They are all structurally as good as new....puke and other stains notwithstanding. I have latex pads and they have never had to be replaced. I love these beds...they are super expensive but they have been worth it. We all miss our beds when we go on vacation! read more

In a word... Miserable! I want nothing more than to save you from wasting time, money and most importantly ... precious sleep. If you're considering The Dux Bed and the WeHo store. Please take the following under consideration. In October, I purchased the Dux 3003 Mattress, almost immediately my wife and I found we could get better sleep on a plywood board. The mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and is not improving at all over time. I now suffer from AM mid-back and shoulder pain and my wife's is also in agony. Since delivery of this bed, we sleep in 1-3 hour increments, tossing and turning to try desperately to get comfortable. I have experience with Dux Beds in the past and the current lot has no similarities. Upon calling the West Hollywood store to explain my concerns and issues with the mattress and ask for some assistance, I was abruptly scoffed at and told that the mattress couldn't possibly be the source of the problem. I've configured every combination of the "Pascal Cassettes" and tried six different mattress toppers from three other manufacturers and nothing has made this bed comfortable. I sent a private FB messages to Dux NA and received absolutely no response. The owner of the WeHo Duxiana store told me I was the only customer he has ever encountered who didn't love the bed. Clearly he hasn't read the numerous Yelp reviews of people who bought into the rhetoric, only to find there's no return or exchange policy and the warranty is so limited that it only covers a mechanical spring failure. I posted on Nextdoor and found even more disappointed, angry Dux Bed customers who feel they've aren't getting the experience that Duxiana sells. I've experienced extremely dismissive treatment and unforgiving nighttime misery on an over-engineered, ill-conceived product from a company that makes great claims, but doesn't back it up with a quality product.... no trials, an abysmal warranty and representatives who could clearly give a damn about customer satisfaction. I finally gave up and will be donating this $7K mattress to charity. Let this be a warning to anyone considering Duxiana. read more

We have been customers of Duxiana for more than 20 years. Terrific customer service. Beds are very expensive but you get what you pay for. Every 7 years, we change the top pad as suggested. I expect the bed as advertised will be the last bed that I will ever purchase. read more

Worst shopping experience ever! Don't waste your time. We actually walked in, laid down on the bed and regrettably decided to buy it right off the bat. The bad news is they didn't bother to tell us that for $75 they could send someone out and make sure the bed fits in our house...which it didn't! So instead we got charged a $250 cancellation fee for a bed we wanted but they couldn't deliver. Buy your bed somewhere else. read more

The most amazing comfortable bed Ive ever slept in!!!..worth very penny. I've had my bed for 10 years and it's as wonderful now as the first night. I can't wait to get into it very night. I had terrible shoulder problems for 20 years, Since my Duxiana bed, my shoulder has been perfect. Who would have ever guessed it was from my old bed. A few months ago I bought a Dux bed for $7,000. It was painfully bad. I returned to the store within one week and I was told falsely that returns were not allowed. I was not assertive because I was told by someone who was an acquaintance who worked there. I foolishly trusted her. I was "up-sold" to a 515 bed that has proven most unpleasant. Renata in the West Hollywood store is wonderful! Years ago we had a Dux Pascal Queen bed and loved it! When we needed a king bed because of all of our furbabies, we bought a Four Seasons bed on the recommendation of a friend but ended up with back aches that were alleviated only by buying a topper. When we decided the quality of our sleep was too important we decided to buy a Dux king 6006. I called and was lucky enough to be helped by Renata. She was patient and helpful and I ended up handling the whole transaction with her by phone. We love our new bed. I called her the other day to buy pillows. She was very knowledgeable about the different types. She explained that once purchased, pillows could not be returned. But based on what we liked (and disliked) and our favored sleep position, she recommended the Innsbruck. They arrived the next day (UPS next day) and they're perfect! Highly recommend Duxiana and Renata! read more

Duxiana offers decades-lasting materials, and knowledgeable, patient service. It is hard to make a mistake. The bed and materials I bought there in 1997 may match the Mercedes I bought in 1982 as long term investments. All remain prime. read more

AWFUL. Save yourself the headache and go to a real luxury boutique--stay in Beverly Hills. They want to act as if they know how the luxury industry operates but they don't! Isidore, a misleading Sales rep was the one that "helped"me. When she's selling she is very sweet and misleading. She doesn't know her products. She sold me over $2,000 of bedding. The duvet and pillow cases felt like they were from Kmart. I called and told her immediately how unhappy I was and wanted to exchange them for basic white bedding(didn't want my money back) she told me to wash them and then see if they softened up. I did that; still hard as a rock. So I called Isidore to tell her that her suggestion didn't work and she said "well, there's nothing I can do since you washed them. It's not like I can resell them. I'll talk to the owner and see what she says" Literally 3-4 weeks later (after calling and following up every few days) she said, "sorry there's nothing we can do since he bedding has been washed". They are the worst!!!!! read more
