I even offered to go buy the tire and bring it to them, since I mostly just needed the jack and tire iron. But they said they couldn't help and couldn't have cars left there. My 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio was rear ended on the Zakim Bridge in early August. I knew that it…read morewould be important that it be repaired by someone who was experienced with European cars, particularly since Alfa Romeo is still in early days of re-entering the US market and COVID has disrupted access to parts. The damage was significant, and European Collision did an excuciatingly detailed assessment of the damage to make sure that it was worth repairing. Fortunately the frame and the computer were not damaged, but the entire rear part of the vehicle, both body and electronics needed to be replaced in its entirely. I received my vehicle back a week ago and you'd never know that it had been in an accident. I can't speak highly enough of the work that European Collision Works did on my vehicle.
