I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

I have never had such an amazing experience with any car related services. The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

I am very happy with the service at Fix auto service today…read more I am a single mom and I do not know much about cars and mechanics but I can trust them completely. Prices are fair and employees are very friendly. Jonatas (owner) is very honest and warm hearted.

I've been going to George at Station Road Auto Body for over 30 years. I don't even ask for a quote…read morebecause George has always done a fantastic job and charged a fair price. I just went there to get my bumper fixed and found out Mark has taken over the shop. Initially, I was bummed as I couldn't see if anyone can top George for workmanship and integrity. Mark fixed my bumper straightaway and I am thrilled to say that Mark shares the same dedication and honesty as George in the good guy department. I am so happy that I have a reliable autobody shop I am confident will get the job done and at a very good price.

I actually meant to post this review some time ago, but I forgot, and a recent conversation…read morereminded me. I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards…read more Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

Honest, trustworthy, very clear about explaining what's wrong and what is urgent or can wait…read more I first met Grey-Patti when my car was towed there with a seized brake cable. They could have charged me a lot, I didn't know what exactly was wrong, but the bill was in two figures. I fully trust them. I've been bringing my current car there for almost a decade, and it was a full nine years before they told me I needed anything other than routine changes. They've also always had my car back the same day - the shop is busy but clearly well-organized.

They also let me hang out in the shade and cool off in their garage and offered me water- super kind. They had the part I needed, soldered it back together and sent me on my way for $100! Literally miracle status! I was so worried, it would be something big or that they were going to charge me an arm and a leg because I was in such a desperate spot. They act from the heart and are super solid people. I recommend this garage to anyone in the area, or needing a rescue like me! Really reassuring of my hope in humanity honestly. There's still good people out there! Thank you guys!
