My favorite is the Hidden Star cider! it's just the right balance not too sweet and not too dry! It's very light and you can really taste the apples! it's such a fresh taste not artificial. Not highly carbonated either! i love it. Also my fav is the Black Currant cider, it pairs perfectly for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners! We always pick up some bottles when we stop for cider donuts and apples!
