The entrance to the farm kind of sneaks up on you fast; the whole place appears much smaller on the outside, but once you pull in and get to the gravel parking lot, you realize how much bigger it is inside. There was live outdoor music playing and kids laughing and cheering while playing with the nearby caged animals. This place was a great vibe. We weren't particularly hungry so I can't comment on the food, but we did take a walk around and paid for a quart box for blueberry picking. This was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing, but soon enough we filled up our little box very nicely. I recommend you bring some Off or some kind of bug spray if you're anything like me and bugs love buzzing around your ears. Inside the one of the barns was their stores and I picked up a bag of caramel puff corn and a delicious Apple Cider slushie. Everyone was very friendly. Overall we had a very good time here, and I hope to come back on an empty stomach so that I can try out some of their cider donuts.

Thankfully there were more creative women in our group and they were able to provide some assistance in making my flower arrangements more aesthetically pleasing. A fun experience nonetheless!

Chris's mother makes some beautiful decorated ceramics, on display inside. We bought more daylilies than I had expected, lol, and my wife even got a new cultivar named after a family member, additional fee required. Up the road a little (20 mins) from Brattleboro. Mail order catalog, too, and the shipping which we requested for a particular time in the future arrived right on schedule. Seasonal, obviously, so check when they're open, but I think I saw all 7 days listed during summer peak period.

They have tons of different varieties of apples. Honey crisps are definitely my favorite. Ended up picking a whole bushel of apples. The price is definitely reasonable. The staff is incredible friendly and encourage you to "sample" the apples while picking. They have a shop where they sell apple cider, donuts, maple syrup, and some other items. I always drive through in the winter for the beautiful sunrise over the mountains in the distance. Never seen it in the fall before and it was busy! Too be expected as my buddy owns Fern Valley Farm in Wilbraham so I already have my apples for the year. But, my girlfriend and I stopped for some cider and a cider donut at one of the stands off to the side in the parking lot. I had a cider lemonade which I enjoyed. Babe had a regular cider which was not to her liking as, in my opinion, coming from Michigan there is a lot of culture she's getting used to around here. I wouldn't put it past this being a fun trip for any family! Looks as if you get a tractor ride to some of the apples if you so choose to do that.
