Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.

When I called the guy that answered the phone was very nice it was then I knew that I had made the right choice. Whomever answered the phone was extremely respectful and willing to help me! I called on yesterday when the weather was bad and they were able to still help me. We were in communication for a couple of days, because of the weather I had to move the appointment twice the guy never got upset he just made arrangement for me to have it at a later date. He sent confirmations of moving the appointment via email which I thought was great. Paying was also very easy. He sent me an invoice via email and I was able to pay it quick and easy which was amazing. When the service team arrived they came in their logo'd van it was pretty cool and they got to work right away! The guy didn't make me clean anything he told me that he would take care of everything! It was so convenient because I didn't have to go anywhere they literally washed it outside of my home. They did an amazing job. They guy who washed my car was extremely nice and made sure that he communicated effectively. When a technician actually arrives at your house, they do a really good job…read more The problem is that they often reschedule. Sometimes with 24 hrs, sometimes with 20 minutes notice. And then they have no availability for several days. I tried to make an appointment a week ago. It's been rescheduled twice and if they show up this time, it will be 10 days from when I requested an appointment to when they actually wash my car. I feel like if they could figure out this scheduling situation, they would be more profitable and have higher ratings, because who wants to wait 10 days to get your car washed???

They have a change machine that takes up to $20 bill, Laundry soap/softener vending as well as snack & soda machines, color TV, uni sex public restroom. Tables for folding and wheeled baskets for laundry use. Fire extinguisher in back behind soda machine. It is little town run down, like a coat of paint new rugs but we got it all day and very convenient, could walk to to from our new house in minutes. You need to wash clothes or your car successfully, it's your place. As well as car vacuums and self service car wash. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.
