The service has been horrible lately and the drinks haven't been very good. I I thought maybe it was just the time of day that I went. However, this is not the case. The service tonight was horrible and the drink did not taste well either. I did order ahead so that we wouldn't have to wait in the car line, we arrived at our pick up time which was 823 but did not get our drink until 850 because they said they were still working on it. I did not order anything special with any extras. It was one drink made exactly how it comes on the menu. I will not be visiting this location again. read more

I come to this Dutch bros at a regular basis and the vibes are always great! There's a couple workers that I'm always happy to see because they're super talkative and attentive! This last time I went I was so grateful for this worker named Damaris because my drink was made wrong, and she immediately noticed before even passing it over to me! She was super nice about it and communicated that it didn't look right and went to go remake it herself! I really appreciated it because I know they're always super busy, but they wanted to make sure I was leaving with what I ordered! read more

7/12/23 Brand new! Only been open a couple days! 2 small hot Americanos with almond milk and Splenda in it. The worker was kind. They were busy! The line moved at a slow pace and you pay cash at the window. Good service and coffees! Recommended! read more

Not as expected. I was told that their coffee and other drinks were highly caffeinated but I had no effect with the coffee drink I got. I even added extra shots and still felt nothing. drinks were GREAT but the person taking our order in the drive through was not. She was rude, had an attitude and still had an attitude when reported to the staff. There is no reason to be that way when serving customers or taking their orders. I didn't get her name but she was wearing the teal/blue shirt with the pink outlined vest black hair in a ponytail. Absolutely disappointed in the iced drinks here. Tell me why my cup was full of ice , and 2% drink? Not only that but it was watered down. Never had that before. The employees should know better. I've been meaning to write a review for some time now. I heard so many great things about Dutch Bros so I decided to give it a try on my drive to SoCal a few months ago. There was no line and the young lady that helped me was super sweet! It was my first time so I was overwhelmed with all the coffee options. The girl asked a few questions and excitedly asked me if she could surprise me with a drink. I said "sure!" I forgot the name of the drink, but it was sugar-free and tasted heavenly! Finally got to experience the new location. Everyone was so sweet my coffee was perfect. Not sure why everyone was worried about the high traffic at this intersection so far no problems besides the dummies that insist on driving out of the entrance other then that so happy that my favorite coffee is just up the street from me now and I don't have to drive out to Kingsburg now. read more

I am a daily Dutch customer, I enjoy my visits in Kingsburg and in Handford! The employees at those 2 locations are amazing! I rarely go to the Selma location because I never have a good experience at that location. On Easter I went to the Selma location ordered my 2 drinks used my app and waited, I knew they were busy and I understood that. I manage a retail store and we are always busy, I always tell my associates that even if it's busy we always take care of our customers. After waiting 15 minutes I went up to the window and was asked if I ordered; I said yes and he said we're backed up wait. I then watched customers who had just ordered get their drinks, I asked them if they mobile ordered they said no, I then went back to the window and said wait don't leave, and let him know that I had been waiting for my drink, they could not find my order, money was taken out of my account. The reason for this survey is to please let your employees know to slow down and listen to their customers, if I wasn't brushed off I don't think I would have left this survey.
