Waited in line 20 min. No one taking orders. Finally one showed up half asleep couldn't tell me coffee sizes. When we got up There loud music was playing could hardly hear them talk to us. Better check on your employees because I won't be back to this location. read more

Best service at any Dutch! Stand is always clean and well ran and Kamilah always gives the best service!

Great location however one employee on a Friday evening?? I was the 4th car in line and waited over 25 minutes to get to the window, wasn't even thirsty anymore lol. read more

Best location in Tri Cities! The staff are always so friendly and polite. They always have my mobile order ready when I pull up, too.

This is exactly how a coffee shop should treat their customers. 100 degree weather and there will be a worker outside taking orders to keep the fast pace of the drive thru going. Starbucks on queens gate average 25 minute wait time in the drive thru. Don't care there. GO to Dutch bros read more

Staff is always amazing and quality of items are more than great, they always give free stickers and never have an attitude, highly recommend read more

I made my way here today and as always my hot nonfat vanilla latte was delicious and perfect! Thank you Dutch Bros.!!! : ) read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richland, Washington

Good coffee but too much hype. Covid precautions: 5/5 Completely contactless. Staff wearing masks at all times. Drink trays to deliver drinks. Staff sign for you under your consent. Drinks: 5/5 I generally like their coffee and drinks. My go to is the snickers. They've recently added oat milk (because I'm lactose intolerant) so it's been nicer to drink as a whole. Ambiance: 5/5 I love that all Dutch Bros coffee is a drive through set up. Don't have to worry about seating, cleaning tables or anything. Super easy for on the go coffee and staying in your car. Overall: 5/5 The only thing I would say badly, which isn't their fault, is that it's overhyped. It's good coffee nonetheless but I hear people saying "oh you have to get Dutch brothers", "it's the best I've ever had" IMO: it's good coffee and consistently good coffee. Variety of flavors of drinks that all taste good but customers overhype it. read more

I went to get a tray of drinks today for $10 and the one redbull I got has little bits of aluminum of some sort they keep coming up the straw. I have so far found 4 and can still see more in the drink. read more

We love Dutch Bros! In Washington for vaca and was so happy to see so many. I got a Golden Eagle with oat milk, perfect temp and not too sweet! read more

I took my dog on a walk to my local Dutch Bros and after I got her pop up I leaned down to give it to her the employees inside. Could no longer see me through the window? But I could definitely hear them saying. Why the f***? Would she walk up to the window when she could go through the drive-through? And I found that very disrespectful especially considering. I didn't drive to the location I walked from my house so I had no way of going through the drive-through and they continued to talk about me. Extremely disrespectfully. read more

Guys and Gals Great Coffee, Great Service I must share my veterans day surprise... Its dark and cold... I decide it's time for a coffee I roll in, order my coffee and am blown away when they say we see you're a veteran (yep Navy Tags).. Its free today, our Thank You! Really nice surprise, not pushed or over advertised, was truly heartfelt... Thank You read more

I would of given 5 stars but they only have one reader menu sign and it's near the window. How am I supposed to give my order way at the end of the line without seeing what they have. I like that they bring out someone with an iPad to take your order but it'd be nice if they brought a menu as well for those of us with poor memory. Overall this is our favorite place to get a coffee. No politics, just fun and friendly staff with good coffee. I enjoy the questions about what we are up to today. And yes you maybe wrong but it is a Camaro. lol. read more

The staff here are always upbeat and a big reason I stop by. The driveway takes some practice to negotiate but is a source of amusement watching others navigate. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Busy day. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richland, Washington

I love the customer service here so much! Not only do the people working there love to be there but they want to go out of their way to make sure your experience is awesome. I literally park my car and walk up to the window now so I can hang out with these folks and talk to them about putting a delicious drink together. Now I just give them a little bit of direction and tell them to surprise me. Totally worth it! It's basically getting a delicious present from someone way cooler than you but instead of being exclusive that want to make sure you're day is as awesome as they are. Give it a try, you'll love it. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Always sunny at Dutch Bros - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richland, Washington

See all

We have visited this location several times and have had no issues until today. The psycho girl at the window was rude and yelling. Loud a$$ mouth yelling into my car "DO YOU WANT ANY STRAWS!!" Shes like the normal hyped Dutch person on X-Games Mode, wayyy too annoying to go back. read more

Right across to where I live. Usually grab a drink every morning. Love the Italian soda and watermelon flavor Red Bull here. Price is cheaper than Starbucks and the staff here are really nice teenagers. read more

Today Dutch pulled off a scam!! They advertised a buy one get one free sale. Then as you went to order at their drive-through they said they removed the sale because of the coronavirus. Wow!! A good way to get people to come in I guess. I won't be back!! read more

They are a good shop and had fast service. My drink was wrong I asked for a white chocolate cocoa and they gave me a regular cocoa. But other then that good store with happy attitudes. read more

The absolutely friendliest staff imaginable. Drinks are good but the atmosphere created by the staff is the real highlight. They are very efficient also and keep the line moving without making you feel hurried in the least. I get my coffee at 5:30 am and it's nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly conversation at a time most people are pretty grumpy. read more

This location seems to have a lot of inconsistency in the quality and flavor. Some day's my simple drink is good but more often it's nasty. I will drive to Clearwater store from now on rather then pay for a drink that taste like toilet water. read more

I hate dutch Bros with a passion. I hadn't been to dutch Bros because of that but then finally today I decide to give it a go. I come up to the window and the greeting was off puting like uggh another costumer. Then when the transactions are done I drive off excited to try my shark attack. When I swallow something that clearly should not be there. I look at the bottom then I see bits of plastic at the bottom floating around I think I might've swallowed a big bit. I strongly dislike dutch Bros. Never gonna go again. read more

Love this place! There are always young kids working here but they get the job done. It's super popular so whenever I see 5+ cars I just park and head to the walk up and my service is 1000x faster. I've been 2 times so far and they are extremely helpful when you have no idea what to get. I really love their cold brew it's literally the best I've ever had and as a coffee addict I highly recommend you stop by. read more

The pretty girl with the weird name is the best. K-something. She makes the best drinks. That is all I wanted to say but yelp says I need to say more so I will say more but I disagree with this standard amount of praise or negative picky BS that most self entitled arseholes post on yelp. Stop being so dang picky. Am I done yet? read more

I love this place!! They make my drinks the exact way i want it! in almost no time at all!! I love this place!!

I love this location. The kids are always smiling and even for picky people like me they always make my drink perfect!!!!!

They were really nice I was with my mom and my dad and I paid for them and came out to 15 something gave them a 20 and did not get any change back and it completely crossed my mind until I was halfway home read more

My least favorite location. Employee was not friendly & he gave me back the wrong punch card with less punches in it & then argued with me about it. Not going back to this location :( read more

Awesome new promo- will the wait time be faster now??? So I don't have to sit in an idle car running with the AC when it's 100 outside for 20 minutes behind 4 cars??? Since the new owners took over CS is horrible. Sent a message to the owner in January and still waiting to hear back. If Dutch Bros wants to grow/ expand- they really need to leave this owner out of the mix. We've been horribly disappointed with the new ownership. read more

A good Dutch Bros location, the service is friendly and drinks get made right. Only complaint would be that sometimes the music is too loud, which is really distracting. Although honestly I also don't like being asked what I'm doing with my day, I think it's a little too pushy after I make clear I don't want to go into specifics. read more

I have always loved Dutch Bros. Amazing coffee and drinks, large menu, super kind baristas! But on the business aspect they are very unprofessional. I have an event coming up that I requested some donations for. I sent an email, called 4 times, AND went in person with still no response. It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't even heard as much as a yes or no from their PR. I am totally okay with not receiving any donations; however, I would like to hear back in some form from them so I know if I need to purchase prizes for the event. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the customer service they have given me on the business side. Otherwise it's a great coffee shop! read more

I love this place they have perfect customer service and the best unicorns blood I get it every morning and after work everyday

Disappointed today... there was no line today so I was pretty excited we got to just drive up. When I pulled to the window I got a look that was off putting that I was interrupting their conversation. Oh well, ordered my drinks. Then gave the gal my credit card and she added a dollar tip without asking and gave me one stamp on my card when I bought two drinks. Not too happy with my experience today. read more

Dutch Bros has such a large menu and verity of flavors there blended rebels are the best...unicorn blood

Dutch brothers have the best customer service. They now every customer name and drinks. It is close to where I work. I can just walk 10 steps to where I work. read more

Although the coffee itself is average, the friendly customer service is a bonus. If you go early enough during the day like before 6:30 AM your wait won't be horrendous but the rest of the day is out of control due to this place's popularity. read more

I frequently see cars lined up for this place. They can be busy, but the clerk was very friendly and informative the time I visited. I'm no coffee expert, but he guided me through the menu and made good suggestions. Most of the business is drive through, but there's also a walk up window. It's nice to support a regional chain. They do have a punch card loyalty program. read more

Love this place great environment, everyone is always upbeat and peppy. Thanks for all the compliments on my dreads!

Really bad customer service. I'm from Portland and everyone that I've been around that works there is really kind, fast, and has good quality. I have been waiting in line walk up for 30+ minutes and my 3 drinks have still not been made right. read more
