Good coffee but too much hype. Covid precautions: 5/5 Completely contactless. Staff wearing masks at all times. Drink trays to deliver drinks. Staff sign for you under your consent. Drinks: 5/5 I generally like their coffee and drinks. My go to is the snickers. They've recently added oat milk (because I'm lactose intolerant) so it's been nicer to drink as a whole. Ambiance: 5/5 I love that all Dutch Bros coffee is a drive through set up. Don't have to worry about seating, cleaning tables or anything. Super easy for on the go coffee and staying in your car. Overall: 5/5 The only thing I would say badly, which isn't their fault, is that it's overhyped. It's good coffee nonetheless but I hear people saying "oh you have to get Dutch brothers", "it's the best I've ever had" IMO: it's good coffee and consistently good coffee. Variety of flavors of drinks that all taste good but customers overhype it. read more

I took my dog on a walk to my local Dutch Bros and after I got her pop up I leaned down to give it to her the employees inside. Could no longer see me through the window? But I could definitely hear them saying. Why the f***? Would she walk up to the window when she could go through the drive-through? And I found that very disrespectful especially considering. I didn't drive to the location I walked from my house so I had no way of going through the drive-through and they continued to talk about me. Extremely disrespectfully. read more

I would of given 5 stars but they only have one reader menu sign and it's near the window. How am I supposed to give my order way at the end of the line without seeing what they have. I like that they bring out someone with an iPad to take your order but it'd be nice if they brought a menu as well for those of us with poor memory. I love the customer service here so much! Not only do the people working there love to be there but they want to go out of their way to make sure your experience is awesome. I literally park my car and walk up to the window now so I can hang out with these folks and talk to them about putting a delicious drink together. Now I just give them a little bit of direction and tell them to surprise me. Totally worth it! It's basically getting a delicious present from someone way cooler than you but instead of being exclusive that want to make sure you're day is as awesome as they are. I hate dutch Bros with a passion. I hadn't been to dutch Bros because of that but then finally today I decide to give it a go. I come up to the window and the greeting was off puting like uggh another costumer. Then when the transactions are done I drive off excited to try my shark attack. When I swallow something that clearly should not be there. I look at the bottom then I see bits of plastic at the bottom floating around I think I might've swallowed a big bit. The absolutely friendliest staff imaginable. Drinks are good but the atmosphere created by the staff is the real highlight. They are very efficient also and keep the line moving without making you feel hurried in the least. I get my coffee at 5:30 am and it's nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly conversation at a time most people are pretty grumpy. read more

Love this place! There are always young kids working here but they get the job done. It's super popular so whenever I see 5+ cars I just park and head to the walk up and my service is 1000x faster. I've been 2 times so far and they are extremely helpful when you have no idea what to get. Awesome new promo- will the wait time be faster now??? So I don't have to sit in an idle car running with the AC when it's 100 outside for 20 minutes behind 4 cars??? Since the new owners took over CS is horrible. Sent a message to the owner in January and still waiting to hear back. I have always loved Dutch Bros. Amazing coffee and drinks, large menu, super kind baristas! But on the business aspect they are very unprofessional. I have an event coming up that I requested some donations for. I sent an email, called 4 times, AND went in person with still no response. It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't even heard as much as a yes or no from their PR. I am totally okay with not receiving any donations; however, I would like to hear back in some form from them so I know if I need to purchase prizes for the event. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the customer service they have given me on the business side. Otherwise it's a great coffee shop! read more

I frequently see cars lined up for this place. They can be busy, but the clerk was very friendly and informative the time I visited. I'm no coffee expert, but he guided me through the menu and made good suggestions. Most of the business is drive through, but there's also a walk up window. It's nice to support a regional chain. They do have a punch card loyalty program. read more
