Pretty disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros. Ordered a medium latte with almond milk and a large white mocha. We went through the drive-thru and the barista handed us two drinks saying, "Here's your hot oat milk," and then "here's your other one." I assumed she was just rushing and missed a word, but when we drove off and tasted them, one drink was literally just a medium hot oat milk, and the other was a large latte. We went back and were told, "Oh, I accidentally made the large a latte." They remade both drinks and suggested we taste them before leaving, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the white mocha was overly sweet and watery, and the medium latte tasted like watered-down milk with almost no espresso flavor. I mentioned that something still seemed off, but was told there was nothing wrong and that it "only has two shots," implying that was why I couldn't taste it. I've ordered two-shot lattes for years , they don't taste like plain milk. It genuinely seemed like the shots weren't being pulled or packed correctly. The barista appeared newer, which is understandable, but instead of troubleshooting or offering to remake them again, they dismissed the concern. At that point I asked for a refund and left. I just made this whole account because of my experience with the staff here. The worker I'm particularly upset with is Grace she was rude and looked completely out of it. She had an attitude the entire time, and messed my drink up so badly it was undrinkable. I usually don't go to the Dutch in Paradise but from now on I'm strictly going to the one in Chico. read more

I have always had excellent customer service at Dutch Bros at any location I've gone to. It's known for it's friendly and fun vibe. Today, was notably horrible. So horrible that I'm actually taking the time to write a review. The teen boy that took my order at the Paradise location was grumpy and unfriendly. I felt like he spoke to me like he probably speaks to his parents. I'm sure they aren't short on applicants that would be happy to have his job if he hates it so much. Rebuilding the Ridge requires good coffee, and Dutch Bros has a great outpost in Paradise that is up to the task. All businesses open in Paradise deserve a review and all the support they can gather from the community. Parking is limited, but they have a convenient drive thru. Perky people are needed in this area, and the staff deliver with great brews and tunes. On my trip, I opted for my standard dub shot and a brief conversation with the local boys working on a Sunday. The place is shiny and fun with lots of traditional Dutch Bros decor and easy access to Skyway. Did you know Dutch Bros has a lot of plant milks too? I am so glad to see these guys bringing some fun and happiness to the area. Take a drive and support the community. Im NO COFFEE drinker but i will do frozen coffee drinks every cpl mths are so,this place is great,plus if theres a line of cars they come out take your orders,then they are ready at the window when you pull up,i refuse 2 buy from Starbucks or anyplace else after coming here,great drinks !!
