But step inside and you'll find an impressive variety of wraps, smoothies, juices, tacos, superfoods, warm dishes, pastries, espresso drinks and plenty of vegan options. Last winter, their chicken tortilla soup was outstanding--rich, comforting, and full of flavor. On my most recent visit (02/21/2026), I ordered a grilled chicken wrap loaded with alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olives, hummus, corn, and cayenne pepper. It was genuinely delicious--a word I don't use lightly for food in Chico. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable. I also tried the "Monkey Power" smoothie with hemp seeds, white chocolate powder, peanut butter, and banana--wow, it was amazing. I truly appreciate the wide selection of vegetables, fruits, superfoods, and nourishing options they offer. Fresh Twisted Cafe has absolutely become one of my favorite spots in Chico.

Next year, I'll definitely make the stuffing on my own. With that being said, that might be the only downside to the store. Now you know, don't buy the stuffing, it's nasty. I appreciated the vegetarian and pescatarian options! We also had the strawberry almond frost and the peach frost. They had great flavor and texture, definitely a treat!
