I've never been so excited to review a growing franchise but this place truly deserves it. Came twice on different days and every visit was exceptional. Also for southern Cali peeps: we don't have this in our area yet so take advantage. They have anything you can imagine in a drink. You can get anything from a coffee pick me up (hot or iced), blended coffees, fruit smoothies, green/black teas or even their own branded energy drink called rebels. I'll also add that you can mix drinks too. You want a rebel in your blueberry strawberry smoothie? No problem! You want chocolate added to your banana iced coffee? Done! You want a caramel apple green tea? As weird as that may be... you can do it here! The possibilities are endless. French toast iced coffee was so good when we needed a caffeine boost. Not too sweet and has the slight hint of French toast flavoring. The strawberry mango smoothie is perfect for a hot day- refreshing and not underwhelming like other places. Quick tip: the menu may be overwhelming and they don't have it posted so look ahead of time on their website if you want- or if you're indecisive like me: just ask for recommendations. Shame on me for having NOT reviewed this pace. Honestly, this place is like Starbucks older, more fun, and cheaper brother who everyone prefers. There are literally over 400 various drink combinations. I love getting the Dutch Canyon as a frost (like a milkshake). Now it is only a drive and with that being said, those lines are LONG. Prices a crazy high but I go when I can afford it. I always get the same thing because it's amazing and I have never been able to find something comparable anywhere else. I get the French Toast Freeze. Pretty amazing. And staff is always polite, fun, and accommodating. I've even been offered a free drink a couple times because they made too many of something which is cool that they want their customers to enjoy instead of being stingy and tossing it. I've never experienced such friendly and energetic customer service before! The young girls who work here are super outgoing and willing to explain what goes into each drink. I came here on a whim since we were on our way road tripping to Oregon for Crater Lake and decided to make a pit stop for coffee since we saw the Dutch Bros advertisement on the highway. Good thing we did! I ordered the Ninja Turtle which is a creamy blended drink that basically tastes like a mint chocolate chip shake and then an iced white mocha because I always judge a place by how well their white mochas turn out. This place did not disappoint! Both drinks were tasty and refreshing, perfect for a road trip. And the cherry on top was def the people who work there. The vibe was electric and they were blasting EDM music while crafting drinks. Since it was my first time and I was headed to Oregon, they gave me a stamp card and only charged me for one drink. Love this place and have since I was a little kid. Love seeing such a bustling coffee place in a small town. With construction, please expect one car every five minutes to be processed so if there are 10 cars ahead of you or your car is one of the many in the street, expect a minimum 30 minute wait. They also get you with the tipping during covid because they ask you if you want to leave a tip and in our culture, you're rude if you don't for a simple small coffee. So let them know "not today" if you don't want to have an automatic tip. read more

Our first time at a Dutch Bro's was in Oregon near the border - we got a large latte and a large soda and the young guy working there didn't charge us since we told him it was our first time! We tipped him the price of one of the drinks - service was fast and everything tasted great. This time 1 star off just because I wasn't a huge fan of my drink. My boyfriend got the latte like last time and it was consistent and equally good. I got a soda this time but tried it blended. Not only did it cost almost 2x but barely had any flavor - think the soda to ice ratio is off. It was warm so kept me cool but it was lame drinking tasteless slush. Next time I'll be getting the regular soda, Unblended. Hope they open one in the bay area so I can try a bunch of their other stuff without having to travel way north. read more

I've visited many locations, but this one will not be one that I come back to anymore. I normally keep my order pretty simple (The Vampire Slayer with extra strawberry) and I always ask for them to repeat my order back to me to make sure it's correct. Out of the maybe 6 times that I've stopped here 4 times have they had to remake my drink because it's either the wrong flavors or like the picture above, they don't even add pomegranate and it tastes like watered down strawberry sparkling soda. Maybe they should have the employees look at pictures at what the drinks are suppose to look and taste like. I would've totally understood if the place was packed, but that wasn't the case and I'm honestly tired of having to constantly wait extra time for them to fix the drink. The order shows up on the screen for reference so I don't understand how this keeps happening so often. I love Ditch Bros but I'm definitely not coming back to this location. read more

Customer service is great, service not so great. I ordered 3 dirty girls with the works over ice, I wanted an extra shot of chai in one of them. I get to my sister's place and discover that my "extra shot of chai" was actually coffee. I went back and supposedly got the correct item, but when I got to her house I realized that none of the 3 that I had ordered were over ice, they were all blended and honestly do NOT taste like the dirty girls that I have ever had from there before. I live in the Bay Area and we don't have Dutch brothers over there, so when I come visit my family in Orland i always make it a point to get at least one, if not more of these drinks during my visit, but this time I feel like it was a complete waste of my hard earned money. read more
