If I could give 0 stars, I would. After waiting far longer than expected, I was handed what was supposed to be a coffee, but it was nothing but milk. There was little to no coffee in it, making the entire order a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the wait was excessive, and the barista station was a complete mess. Everything looked sloppy and disorganized, which reflected in the quality of the drink I received. I have never been so dissatisfied and annoyed with a coffee order. My mom got me my usual drink before work, they had a small mix up with the flavor of the drink so she went back to get it re done. She waited in the drive through line for over 10 minutes only for the workers to tell her to park up in the mobile area where she then waited an additional 20 minutes. Eventually I went down to the main window myself because my mom is a spanish speaker and none of these workers are bilingual, told them my situation and my drink was right there near the drive through window. Who knows how long it was there but nobody called it out or notified us about it. Hire more workers if you guys are that busy. read more

I've never had a Dutch Bros experience this awful. First off, the wait was 20 minutes, and that's being generous. While sitting there, I watched the order taker skip cars like there was zero system or organization happening. What really sealed it for me was hearing the baristas talking crap about the customer in front of me, specifically two baristas who's name I overheard Lana and Charline, loud enough for people in line to hear. Completely unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. Then when it was finally my turn, I got nothing but attitude, like I was inconveniencing them by ordering coffee... at a coffee place. To top it all off, my drink tasted burnt. The entire time i felt rushed, drink poorly made, and not even close to what I ordered. No apology, no accountability, just vibes and side-eye. I recently went I usually have an awesome experience at this dutch bros location however today was not one of those days. I had ordered 2 ice drinks and one blended. They tried handing me 3 blended drinks usually I wouldn't mind the mix up but the drink were not for me. So I pointed out that I wanted the drinks iced the girl at the window was very nice and said if I still wanted to blended drinks in addition to my order since they were made I said yes that's fine. However the girl making the drinks said no just give them to the car behind her. So apart from making me feel like I don't know how to order and making my drinks poorly after pointing out the mistake that was made in a polite way was far from a pleasant experience. But now they want me to tip for that before I even receive a beverage. And to make it even more strange, they ask me multiple times if the tip is correct, even when it's 20%! I went back the same time the next day and the employees were fooling around in the lanes with a certain car for about 20 mins. Someone they knew maybe.
