The people who built/picked this location were not thinking at all about the cult following of Dutch Bros. By the time this place was picked and built, it was very clear the following and dedication people have and had to Dutch Sure there's a "parking lot" but it absolutely cannot be used. And it's placed right next to where the entrance to a bigger parking lot used to be, meaning it's near a traffic light and intersection. The way this line/ these lines get backed up from both sides is beyond annoying. You can't park in their parking lot to walk up, so you have to hope you find a a spot in in-n-outs parking lot. Thank God they don't get mad or have signs that say in n out parking only. The whole layout of structure of this location is beyond Inconvenient and dumb. Rock the Holidays! We're nearing the end of the month of November and I've already consumed a fair amount of peppermint. No complaints! The people of Arizona love us some Dutch Bros and I'm glad to hear that they're expanding to other states and are doing so successfully! The workers here are always so nice. I had a chuckle when someone thought my name was spelt, "Jce." And when they saw the Trader Joe's canvas bag recently, I let them smell the corn candle I just picked up. Such interactions wouldn't happen out in the wild. It's great! On my recent visit, I got the Candy Cane Mocha with oat milk. I like to switch up my coffee spots because I'm not a real fan of coffee itself. I will go to Dutch Bros when I'm in the mood for an energy drink that's not in a can or from a convenience store. I enjoy all of the rebel drinks but I think the Double Rainbro is my favorite. Just the right mix of peach and strawberry with that hint of coconut is amazing. The staff? Well everyone knows about the service and in fact when I'm not having a great start to my day I will go here for that morning pick me up convo. They seem to take pride in their surrounding spot as well because it's always clean and welcoming around the building. I came here for a pick me up and it sure was a flavorful treat. Other than the parking situation and one ingredient not being added to my drink, it was awesome. I really love Dutch bros, but I was deeply saddened that I was very late to work this morning. I pulled into the drive through at 6:12 am this morning and I didn't leave till 6:52. It should not take 30+ mins for my drink. What was the delay? The car in front of me ordered 4 drinks and everyone behind me and was even aggravated. I wish the employees would see that if a customer has more than 1 drink that is going to take a while to have the customer wait their car at a pickup spot for the drinks instead of holding the entire line up. I came in for my first cup of 2021 to add to my book, the hot coffee they served me was delicious, and the aroma filled the car. It had no cream or sugar, just coffee that was full bodied, not bitter, with a hint of roast. LOL I'm new to this. I've heard a lot about Dutch Bros- so I decided to give this a try on a recent road trip. First- I don't think any coffee trip is worth a 25-30 minute wait regardless of the time of day (I got into line at 8:55am on a Wednesday). Second- the menu style is more sweetened / sensationalized coffee than true espresso / coffee to get you going. There are also no breakfast options except for their muffin tops or sweetened pastries- so another miss if I was truly on the go and wanted something a little more hearty. The plus was that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful when ordering- and did not hesitate to tell me the dozens of syrups available as well as recommended I tell the cashier if I did not like my drink since I was a first timer and they could remake a different drink. read more

As much as I like Dutch Bros, we didn't enjoy our coffees at this location. I ordered an iced dark chocolate coconut milk latte and I am almost 100% sure they used almond milk or some nut based milk because it tasted nothing like coconut milk. It had a very nutty taste which I dislike. My husband ordered a white chocolate mocha and he said it didn't taste as good as he remembers it. We are big fans of our branch on Greenfield and Southern. We will continue to go to Dutch Bros, just not this location. They get the three stars for friendly service and ok drinks. read more

I used to visit this location daily but it's been about 2 months since I had been here, I returned today 9/17 and was super disappointed. The staff was rude, did not seem to want to help customers but just wanted to chat amongst themselves. The girl taking orders had an attitude and threw my straws at me, I ordered multiple drinks but was not offered a carrier and when I asked the girl scoffed at me. I'm shocked and sad as this used to be my favorite location but now they seem to only have teenagers working there who have no desire to help anyone or even do the bare minimum of their jobs- I'll now be visiting a further location just to receive the normal Dutch service I've come to expect. read more

Not only is there usually a 20-30 minute drive thru wait but when speaking to baristas they're not very kind. We've had multiple experiences where random people walk up to the drive thru line and start talking with the on duty barista at the window?? Not sure if that's normal but it's does get frustrating when you're trying to get your coffee. There's a walk up window on the other side?
